I had a problem with missing items in my order. Contacted them regarding this, didn't receive a prompt reply but did eventually receive a response which I was happy with. They resent my order promptly. Therefore made up for the error in my original order which I am more than happy with. Love these wee keyrings and looking forward to gifting them!

Non existent customer service
Decent items but terrible customer service. Item missing from order and no reply to several messages via customer contact form, email and Facebook messenger.
Was looking to order more when the ones I wanted were back in stock but won’t bother now.

Very bad experience
Purchased three of these. Only one turned up. No apology from the person who then told me the other two were on the way. Next delivery, only one in the bag. So after buying three I so far have two?? How can they make a simple order so difficult. Not even remotely impressed. I will say the actual key chains is cute.

A Great Company
The advert for these lovely little key chains has been popping up on my Insta feed for a while and have always been tempted to buy one but what tipped it for me was an advert for the Nigel Mansell version. When I visited the site I couldn't help myself and ordered Nigel and the Mercedes and Ferrari line up. Adding each one gave me more and more discount until I got to the point of a free Buddy so got my two buddies a Buddy too.
The order was dispatched very quickly but on receipt Russel was missing. Contacted the team and they dispatched another one the same day.
Based on this I am really sad to see negative reviews here as my experience has been excellent and the Buddy's look great hanging off my backpack for my motorsport photography gear.

I ordered 3 items on 3rd September 2026. Nothing has of yet arrived.
I have sent emails as these were presents for our wedding anniversary. No responses. I can only hope for some response and they arrive before Christmas now

After a lost order, the team was very quick to remedy the situation. Excellent communication. The keyrings are fab and can't wait to give them as presents.
