I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience has completely put me off.

Ordered jeans in June, promised for July. Since then the delivery date kept getting pushed back again and again with excuse after excuse. By the latest update, delivery wouldn’t even be until October.

Constant delays, no reliability, and a complete waste of my time. I finally gave up and got a refund. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone now.

Quick delivery but certainly not the same quality as this company previously sold. The pockets on the chinos are so small I could barley get my hand into. The waste band is now stretchy elastic and the material overall is noticeably thinner than before. I have previously purchased 4 times in the past without any issues.

This used to be Olympvs, not sure why the name change.
I had a few pairs of old Olympvs chinos, they were really good quality, thick material, nice and stretchy.
Ordered the same from Fitizen, the chinos are noticeabley lighter in their construction, not necessarily a bad thing but the waist band itself is a chance I can’t understand. It used to be a nice soft waist band, as you would get on any pair of chinos. It’s now a very stiff, rough, elasticated band which has considerably less stretch than the rest of the trousers. Still good quality, well made, but can’t really understand the changes made

These jeans are not built for athletes. Using the proper measurements I ordered a medium, and it is WAY too small. The material does not stretch at all. It was even too tight at the calves, I could not even pull them all the way up. I am not a big girl so the sizing and fitting is absolutely ridiculous.
