I had ordered a couple years ago and was pleased. When I saw the ad. recently I ordered some and not pleased this time. Not with cheap rings and not with fast melting bomb!

I'm not one to reach out make complaints or to be negative. So when I write this I assure you this is NOT a normal thing for me.
My honest opinion...
1. Packaging is lovely.
2. Extremely cheap looking jewelry very unacceptable, unappealing and saddening. False advertising for the jewelry. Be more honest. These are "beautiful" for a child or teenager.
3. Bath bombs are pretty, large, and well packaged.
4. They smells absolutely terrible! Pungent odor. Massive induced headache. Dizziness. Stunk up my entire body, bathroom and bedroom. I have a rather large tub so whatever you are using is absolutely over the top and way too much! With in moments of soaking I was in a state of panic.
5. I would never ever recommend to ANYONE. I will post this review on many any platforms that I can.
6. Extremely sad that you have such high high high things to say in your advertising and I would state that every bit of your advertising is false and you should offer satisfaction guaranteed with refunds. Product is absolutely terrible.
7. Stained my tub
8. Left residue on my body
9. Made me very ill still after a shower I can still smell the odor.

I've ordered three different times from bubbly Bell five different bombs got seven different rings and they all are cheap rings worth $15 none of their rings are worth over $15 that I can see so I'm spending all this money for these cheap rings and the bath bombs are no different than the bombs you can get at Hyvee or Walmart and those are cheaper than bubbly Bell so I think I'm going to stick to bath bombs from Hy-Vee Walmart Etc

Second time in a row I ordered 2 bath bombs got the same exact ring I wouldn't have spent the extra money for a duplicate ring and my complimentary ring now I have 3of the same rings. Definitely should mix it up a little bit I would think to keep people coming back I won't order again

I was trying to order from BB on a ad from FB, and I had 4 bathbombs in my cart bc it kept asking me do I want another bathbomb for either 30% off or for $8.95. When it asked me about the 5th bathbomb for $7.95 I was like hell yeah! (Bc they were selling their bathbombs originally for $19.97 or 99. and I'm like that's a good deal) So I pressed yes and then went to check out and the 5th bathbomb didn't reflect on the checkout page. So, I went back and tried to do the same order again but this time taking SS's of their "good deal" only to not see it in the checkout AGAIN, so I thought that for $36 that it would just show on their end.( Plus, their "ORIGINAL" AD on FB said $1 bathbomb liquidation! They only allow you to get 1 at the $1 price.) But nope! They charged me that $36 for only 4 bathbombs with their cheap lil rings inside and said I would only be getting 4 not 5, even though I sent them the SS proof of the deal and original $1 "SALE" So NO.....they wouldn't ALLOW me to pay ANOTHER $7.95 for their $1 cost to make the bomb IF THAT! But I had emailed them my SS pics and tried to call. They got back to me the next day and said no I didn't add on another 5th bathbomb and I was super pissed now. So, I visited their site and others and seen all their negative reviews claiming that other people had bad customer service too, never received their packages, and other additional charges and MORE! So I was like damn...I should of NOT ordered from this company before checking reviews. So everyone PLEASE check reviews on a company prior to ordering from them. I ordered 5/9 and here it is 5/29. Smh! I wish SO BAD I could upload the proof of my Screenshots, so you could see the proof of what I'm explaining to you. Also, the fact that I called off their real site phone number and their email but only received a reply back saying I wouldn't be receiving a 5th bomb and that they would pass all my info on to management. However, I said I would post their terrible customer service, false advertising, and that if I didn't receive my package like others had not, I'd have to file a fraud charge to my credit card due to my issue never being executed like it should have been.

I've bought bath bombs from them now 2 times, once like a year ago and just earlier this month, hoping they had changed the rings, but the rings are still turning my finger green just after a few hours of wear. I love the smell and feel of the bath bombs but the price isnt worth the bath bomb when it's not fully right. The rings aren't truly worth much at all and I feel that it's not worth my money!

I’ve ordered MANY times w/this co. & their products are AMAZING!!! The quality of these bath 💣s is unmatched. They leave your skin feeling silky smooth & smell heavenly!! And the adorable rings inside are a fun surprise each time! Thanks y’all - will continue to order your lovely bombs!!

I was charged $87 for a shipment that never arrived.
I see the charge in my bank account.
BubblyBelle sends me an email saying my order has not been completed and I still need to pay.
So I reach out to customer service inquiring. I was told the email was a system error and to disregard. I follow up requesting a confirmation number - or at the very least a tracking number for my order.
No response.
No product either.
Please give me my money back.

Charged my bank account for an order I didn't place Call and was told to just refuse package for a full refund. They said I signed up for a monthly program. I know I didn't, because I would never do that. I check web site and it automatically filled the program. They have refused to refund shipping when it was there error. Would never order from them again. A scam. Please watch out.

The rings are nice if they were my size I have ordered before and was great. The free rings were pretty but I wear a 7 and you sent me 5s I gave you my ring size 2times and still got it wrong so I have nice rings that are useless to me hate to say this I will not be ordering any more.

Love my bath bombs and my Beautiful rings. The bath bombs smelled really good.

Everything was Prefect, Im gonna enjoy giving the lil rabbit to my daughter n granddaughter , So I gave 5 stars , I Truly Love Bubblybelle n would tell anyone if they want great gifts to come here

Dissatisfied customer, the bath boms had barely any fragrance and the rings looked like they came from the dentists goodie box. Also overpriced and so pushy.

Your customer service is very good. And your bath bombs are the best you can find. I love lighting candle dropping a bath bomb in my tub and just relaxing. Skin feels so silky were you get out of your bath tub

I love how the smells of the bath bomb fills the room and calms my nerves and helps me distress from the world. I love sharing them with family and having their feedback on how they get distressed from the sense. I give you guys a five-star review because how much you have helped me through the years. Keep up the good work, love you guys.😁👍💖

I was not please with my bathroom it was cracked in half when I received it the box was broken and mushed very upset with the product rings was okay upset with my bear

I love Bubble Belle, this products are fantastic; I think that everyone need a bubble bath; everyone is so sweet and nice, love it

I love this company and the employees there. They are so amazing in their timely responses and on helping when somone like myself makes an honest mistake in fixing it. I highly recommend then not just for their products which are just as amazing but more so because of their amazing team! Love love love bubbly Belle

I have never had a problem with bubbly belle products until may 28th, I placed an order for 11 of the balls on sale at $3.00 usually getting for no charge shipping we’ll it show d that I had to pay $9.95. And after charging my card for the whole amount, now I’m paying ii in after pay, also . One needs to go. Deborah Parker 931-797-9857. Thanks.
