The rings are worse than bubble gum rings! No sparkle no shine no imagination in design just ugly! The bath bombs are decent but for the price Walgreens has a similar bath bomb for a couple of dollars granted with no surprise - but bubbly belle surprise is worthless!!!

The actual bath bombs themselves were really good, however I was upset to find two of the exact same rings in my first and only box..

They have great products. I love the bath bombs and the rings are beautiful. They staff is helpful and friendly. They solved my tiny issue in a timely manner and were very helpful about it.

I love bubbly belle so much and I am 46 years old, its like bubble gum machine rings when I was a child.
I cannot wait to get my bath bombs and my surprise rings just make me light up and smile.

They keep sending me bath bombs it was supposed to be a one time. Purchase not a monthly purchase Smh I’m not liking this I don’t want no more stop. Charging me for all these bath bombs I’m highly upset smh

I love this company I have ordered a few times for my ol lady she loves the rings just as much as the bath bombs, as I sit here now she is putting all them on to post to fb and there is 18 of them she loves them. Thank you guys for the great product I will most definitely be ordering again.

WOW!!! I've tried for years to find the perfect body wash. I love the bath bombs not only do they smell good, my body is softer with a natural glow. The rings are absolutely amazing.Way to go Bubble Belle.

i got 6 of the same rings inside my bath bombs. not thrilled. update they said that they would send me new rings with no charge and the julie the lady that helped me was just amazing. really appreciate her help and support

*update* The package did come on the 10th like they stated, I was very surprised since alot of these reviews are they did not receive their product. Now question is... do I take the chance and put return to sender, in hopes it gets back to them and I get my refund, do I actually pay to have it shipped back so there is tracking info or do I just cut my losses and keep the package?

*update* After 2 days with whom ever was Facebook messaging me there was no resolution. I called customer service and the response was "refuse the package and as soon as they get it back, they will offer a full refund or for ME to pay and return it, so they can track it.) Not an acceptable business practice in my eyes but let's see what happens. They said it was to arrive on Aug 10th. I'm not holding my breath since I have seen alot of the other reviews.

If I could give this company a negative review, I would. I seen an add and thought I would look to see what they had to offer. I backed out of the order that it kept telling me to order more, so the order was never completed nor approved by myself. Later that day I receive 3 emails... 1 stating the order hand not been completed and requested that I do so (but did not). 2 more thanking me for the order and that I would be emailed when it shipped. Right after I seen these emails I returned an email with a response to the email that was provided. The next day there was an email stating the order had been shipped with no response to my email to them. I did not want this order nor did I give permission for them to take out my money. Please do NOT use this company.

I live in Fayetteville, N.C. and ordered 3 bath bombs and a premium ring about mid July.
I received an email last week stating my order was shipped and that I would receive it on July 30 (it never arrived). On the following day I sent an email back saying that I never received it and tracking shows it leaving South Carolina going through Fayetteville to Durham, N.C. and onto Concord, N.C. where it still sits.
Now I am suppose to believe it takes 7 to 14 days to be delivered to me when it already passed through Fayetteville once already.
I want a refund a.s.a.p. and I will no longer order from your company again.

Beware of this company! My daughter watched a video on YouTube that was sponsored/promoted by this company. A hundred bath bombs in a tub experiment or something like that. She clicked a link provided on the video and ordered three bath bombs. This was in May. In June they charged her card, which is connected to my account, for the same amount as in May($32) and sent a second box claiming it was her “subscription”. We went to the website to review what happened but she didn’t even have an account with them to log in to.

We got in touch with the company and they refused to send a RMA to return the product. We had to pay to return it in order to get our refund! Bull crap! We returned the product at our own expense ($13) to make a point. Imagine how much money they make with this scam! Most people would just keep the first “subscription” due to the cost to return it.

The refund showed up in my daughters account this week but was short $8.95. Today we are trying to get her $8.95 back. I assume that not only did we pay to ship their crap back to them but now they are trying to charge us the cost to ship the order we didn’t make!

I am making it my mission over the next couple of weeks to warn people about this scam. I will be posting everywhere I can find! My bank agent said that companies that do this, count on customers like us to keep the items due to the cost of shipping it back.

I just ordered again giving them another chance a I got 2 rings and also the other rings that were in the bath bombs are the same as the 2 that were in the box

I love my diffuser and oils. It's definitely very nice. It is timed to shut down after the time recommended has finished. I've had others but this one is the best. Thanks bubbly bell.

Got an apple and a coconut bath bomb on my girlfriend but crumbled to pieces smells nice how did this stuff in it but it's just not put in correctly just crumbled to pieces had it a mess a bath bomb on my floor
