I ordered the heal bomb. I wasn't impressed with the ring at all but I ordered for the bomb so I decided to go ahead and use it. It smelled really good but I had an allergic reaction to it that I am still dealing with today. Money wasted and more money has to be spent for treatment.

This morning started out with a Bubbly Belle order, and in my haste I accidentally hit the button for a full set of all the wonderful bath bombs, but I knew there wasn't enough money on my debit card for that much luxury. I called the customer support number and a nice young lady took care of my account immediately. She was very courteous, friendly and efficient. An excellent CSR.

I love,love,lovvvvve these bath bombs. This is my first time ordering here and it has been a great experience!!! When they say good vibes inside it really is good vibes just opening the box. I didn't expect the bath bombs to be this big but BONUS for me!!!!! I will definitely be ordering again.

Just got my first order and was supposed to get a premium ring as a bonus, but the ring looks like a ring youd get out of a gum machine. I am disappointed because i have waited so long to order. Not sure if i will order again.

These bath bombs are amazing. They always make my skin feel soft and they smell really good. I have had great customer experience. My rings have ranged between $15 and $25. They are all unique. I did not get a premium ring that I thought I was getting but still hoping for one.

I ordered bath bombs over a month ago and I still haven’t received them not even tracking. And today it took another 30$ out of my account when I didn’t order anything and I didn’t get the monthly subscription. I’ll never be ordering from them again.

I totally enjoyed the bath bombs , silky soft and a very nice scent. The rings not so much. They look like children's jewelry and cheap at best. I do not think I will be ordering for them again.

So excited! My bath bombs from Bubblybelle. There is a ring in each bomb. The rings are valued anywhere from 10.00 to 10.000 $ l love my bath bombs. All made by hand with essential oils.

I ordered from Bubbly Belle almost 2 years ago, now. I keep getting emails that say that I've won a free ring at a value of up to $10,000, but everytime I sign back into the website to claim the FREE ring, I get prompted to buy 3 extra bombs to get the free one... Doesnt that mean, that it isnt free?? The rings I got when ordering the 1st (and it will be the only)time, were beautiful, and I dont mind that its costume jewelry.. I just dont understand why I was picked from a drawing for a ring that should be free, if I cant get it without having to buy something. I'm pretty loyal when it comes to shopping... but not if you cant be honest about the products. This process has turned me completely off to the company. I wont be trashing the company or anything, but I definitely wont be recommending it either. No need for a response. I've seen the generic email responses listed here. Good luck to you Bubbly Belle.

I haven't tried the bath bombs yet and there was a ring in the box. So, I thought I would check this ring out. I put in the code, and all I got was advertisements for more bombs.

I placed an order on Jan 6th and charged.

On Jan 13th my package was sent.

It has been shipped around state to state and 4 calls later they realized the zip code was incorrect. I entered my zip code correct and they even have an automated mailing list suggestion. I clicked that because I live at an apartment so the order of the mailing looks weird fine. *However the representative tried to argue that they only receive information from the consumer* that is a LIE.

It has be 20 days. 20! Only to call and ask for a supervisor do they "TRY" to offer solutions but you have to use the words yourself or they won't even offer you anything worth your time. I still haven't received my package and only AFTER READING all these other 1 star reviews it clear to see why.

Even if my package arrives I know its going to be completely damaged from being shipped to KY to IN, then back to KY to Ohio, to Michigan and back to Ohio.

When I called about what the heck is going on with Fedex, to Fedex they used the generic COVID has effected shipping. That would be reasonable if I wasn't watching my package get shipped between 3 states no where near Michigan. Once it WAS in Michigan it was shipped to OHIO.

I have a 2nd separate order that is in transit. Ordered on the 22nd. If that one arrives before my original Jan 6th order Im not even going to bother calling their customer line. I'll dispute it with my bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I swear these bath bombs are the BIGGEST rip off!! I received my bubbly belle order today and I have some issues...the bath bombs smell AWFUL and left me feeling slimy and the rings all look like cheap quarter machine junk! I tried the first bath bomb hoping the ring inside looked better than the bonus ring and it was so much worse. But I tried another bath bomb (in the sink this time because I was already slimy and didn’t want to make it worse) not wanting to give up hope and it was worse than the first one! The last one (again in the sink) just really iced the cake for me. I swear it’s blue cut glass or hard plastic set in cheap metallic plastic! This is bull crap! I will NEVER order from bubbly belle again and i will definitely tell everyone I know not to waste their money either.
