Barney always comes home exhausted and so happy. The staff are so helpful and accommodating if you need to change your regular day.

Responsive and lovely people. I know my dog is having a great time!!

Edna has been at Country Hills for several months and loves it. Yesterday we went to see the Battlers Green site. Everyone was so informed, so friendly, and the facilities were excellent. They'd thought of everything to keep every dog safe, happy and stimulated.
Most interesting was the Edna is quite a nervous dog but yesterday I was so pleased to see her totally confident and relaxed around all of the staff and the other dogs! It's really helping her confidence!
As an owner, they're patient with my scatty admin, fast to respond and share fun extras like weekly photos of Edna having fun.

This company don't even deserve one star. They keep having any negative reviews removed. That tell you everything you need to know about this company. I used to work for this dodgy day care and I thought that centre was bad enough with roughly 60 dogs. Seeing the evidence online has confirmed what I always believed to be true - they don't care about dogs at all - just money. Dogs spend hours and hours in the the vans before arriving at over crowded unsanitary centres where in the winter they get absolutely filthy and in the summer they struggle to find shade and keep cool. This place will absolutely ruin/scar your dog.

Our dog absolutely loves going here and he’s become so much better at socializing with other dogs.

Our high energy, playful labradoodle Nora loves her Monday sessions at Bruce’s Cookham. They are definitely the highlight of the week fir her. We are very pleased with the service, also with the attentive staff and administration. We’ve appreciated the company’s flexibility with date changes too.

My Labrador retriever absolutely loves her day at Bruce’s. She knows when the driver has arrived to collect her and can’t wait for her cuddles. Communication is exceptional along with the service provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for daycare for their dogs.

Drogo loves going to Bruce's Surrey Hills. He gets hyper excited when Jorjia turns up and comes home happy and tired - excellent day for a cocker spaniel!
All the staff we've met during pickups / drop offs and on the open days have been professional and friendly and you can see that they enjoy being round the dogs and the dogs love running over to their handlers.

I’m delighted with the service from Bruce’s in Woodcote. They are always friendly, helpful and accommodating and they put the welfare of you and your dog at the very centre of everything that they do.
My dog has been going there for three years now and I would recommend them to anyone.

On numerous occasions I have sat in the car park outside Bruce’s Radlett on my lunch break and there have been multiple dogs locked in a van crying their hearts out. It’s absolutely heartbreaking.
Even when they are in the daycare all you can hear is crying. I’ve read replies from Bruce’s on here and it’s just excuses. So pleased they are finally being exposed as I’ve been making complaints for years!

Magnus always comes back happy and really sleeps well the night after he has been! He also is forming a very nice bond with Amy his driver.

I find that the staff look after my dog very, if there are any problems I am immediately contacted to it.

We have been Bruce's Ditchling customers since they opened and love the service we received from them. Both dogs come home exhausted and happy. Often still a bit muddy, but that's to be expected with dog ownership!

The last year has clearly been challenging for the team and we have seen huge improvements in communication and information sharing which has been appreciated. Thank you to the team for keeping our dogs happy.
