Awful conditions
Awful conditions, my dog was in a van for hours a day, came home filthy with torn ripped coats, got into scraps with other dogs Bruce’s tried to get me to pay for their trainer. I contact two independent trainers who said he had no behavioural problems. Money making scam detrimental to dogs health

Bruce’s will ruin your dog.
I worked at Bruce’s for over 2 years, my dog attended while I was working there.
I would never in a million years send my dog to Bruce’s, there’s no doubt in my mind that if I wasn’t there giving her special treatment she would have ended up with behavioural problems and more than likely injured or lost. I’ve read through some of the reviews on this page, all of the responses from Bruce’s are untrue and poor attempts to save their dying business. I could go on for pages and pages about all the horrible things that happened while I was working there. Most of the allegations I’ve seen online are true and not misconstrued in any way. Bruce’s grew its business way too quickly, opening up too many sites and therefore neglecting their old ones. I urge everyone to not sign up to Bruce’s, and remove your dog if it is already attending. Bruce’s will ruin your dog.

Trustworthy service
We’ve been using their Half-Day service at Cobham for nearly 5 years now. The bus drivers are always lovely, and they are absolutely trustworthy, which is the most important condition for me. Yes, it is more expensive than many dog walkers, but they never ever miss the day. My dog is getting old but I can tell he’s enjoying socialization at the centre as seen in their weekly photos!

Cockapoo happy at Bruce's
Our 11 year old cockapoo girl loves going to Bruce's!
One other point I should make is that she doesn't make tears so artificial tears need to be put in her eyes several times daily and Bruce's are happy to do this.

Barney loves Bruce doggy day care
Barney loves Bruce doggy day care. All member of staff are very lovely, attentive and warm. Barney always runs through the door with excitement and comes home happy and very tired of playing all day. The facility seems clean and relaxed and happy. I appreciate weekly photos and updates. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Bruce’s Altrincham…
My beagle Goji has been going to Bruce’s Altrincham since the day it opened and absolutely loves it which shows through how excited she is when she sees the blue van pull up and from all the action shot pictures we get on the app weekly. Chloe always let’s us know how her day has been when dropping her home and we have every faith in the whole team and happily let them have access to our door key to pick her up when we are not in. She comes home clean and eats her dinner and falls straight to sleep dreaming about all the fun enrichment and adventures she has had with her besties. The Bruce’s app is so easy to use and they are always quick to reply to any emails and will let us know with lots of notice about any changes to driver or if we want to bank the day if the weather is too hot etc. 100% recommend and we are so blessed to have found such an amazing doggy day care.

Happy dog…
Contact is via the driver but I have every faith that my dog is taken care of and enjoys her day. This is backed up by my dog who goes up the wall when the door bell goes early in the morning to be collected.
Be mindful of notice periods and change ... you are bound into one month's for any change, at least as far as any revenue drop goes on their part.

My Ralphie ALWAYS has great fun when…
My Ralphie ALWAYS has great fun when he’s at Bruce’s Doggy Daycare. He’s made so many new friends (doggy and human) he’s learning so much there too. Socialising with other dogs is topof the list, as he only has 2 doggo friends at home. He tugs on his lead to get into daycare, he’s that happy to be there. Thanks very lots to all the wonderful staff for making Ralphie a happy and tired boy!! Luv’n’woofs from Ralphie and me xXx 😊

Happy dog, staff fabulous- 5 Stars
My dog goes twice a week to the Bruce’s in Cookham. She absolutely loves it, paws to get out the car and at the gate if I don’t open it quick enough!
It’s such a relief to know she’s happy when she’s away from home & she comes back exhausted from a days playing which was particularly helpful when a puppy with endless energy.
I think it’s been amazing for socialization too. She seems to have a good measure of how to interact with all different dogs & has genuinely formed doggy friendships which you can see from the Friday photos which I love- especially Birthday, Christmas & Easter ones.
The staff are fabulous. They make a big effort with themed activities and show affection & love for all the dogs. When my dog needed to have an operation she was given a toy on her last day to wish her luck- it’s one of her favourites now & was desperate to get back. So overall I cant recommend it enough & my dog is clearly happy so I can’t ask for more.
