Fantastic and trustworthy service from Giuseppe. I was offered a great deal on a Tudor and was kept updated with emails and photos of tracking numbers. Highly recommended and I'm sure I'll be back.

I approached Brothers in Time when I stumbled across their eBay shop. I messaged and got a reply back soon after. I was only doing a bit of enquiring at this stage, however, they had a lot of time for me and ensured they answered all my questions.

What impressed me was a follow up message from Brothers in Time later that day to see how I was getting on and if I had decided to sell my watches etc. Chatting some more, I decided to enquire about a part exchange for a Submariner Bluesy 16613 they had on their website. We discussed prices and both came to a mutual agreement re a part exchange. The process following the virtual handshake was seamless. We kept in contact and within 48 hours, I met Giuseppe in my home town (he personally drove to me to deliver the watch). He provided a no rush, no pressure service which put my mind at ease particularly when spending a large sum of money. The deal was effortless; Giuseppe and Eren are extremely professional, friendly, honest, fair and true gents to do business with. I am extremely happy with my new watch and blown away by the service provided by Brothers in Time. I will certainly be giving them a call in the future should I wish to purchase, part exchange, service a watch or just ask for a bit of advice! 5 star experience!!

I had a great experience with Giuseppe. I appreciated the numerous high quality images that were provided in the advert, rather than needing to ask for better photos. The description was clear and accurate and Giuseppe was easy to speak to over the phone and once again provided clear and accurate information.

From start to finish, Giuseppe made the whole buying process comfortable, pleasurable and informative. On top of this, I received a very fair PX on my watch, and the watch I purchased was exactly as described - perfect!
Giuseppe sized the bracelet to give me a perfect fit ( including the addition of a link free of charge - this seemed typical of his whole approach to selling watches - very supportive and helpful ).
We discussed various and numerous aspects of watches, which I particularly enjoyed - Giuseppe is certainly very knowledgeable on his subject and I can see he takes great pleasure in talking about it.
Overall, BIT is a great place to do business and I will certainly go back to them for my future trades / purchases.
