DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU USE A CREDIT CARD (I.e can claim money back from your bank when this company most likely fails to deliver the goods within a reasonable timeframe)

I ordered a lamp in 7/11/2021 for delivery ‘before Christmas’. Currently 18/4/22 - only 2 of 3 boxes delivered. I have essentially paid $183 for a useless plastic lampshade and a concrete base.

Terrible issues with the delivery company used. Items either lost or simply not delivered. Multiple days off work to be in for delivery which just doesn’t arrive.

Customer service delays. Several days to generally get a response. The response is usually ‘can you confirm it still hasn’t arrived’. Totally infuriating.

Previous issue with ordering a triptych where they sent 3 of the same image. Eventually resolved but long delays with them needing to reorder the item.

Very disappointed.

FINAL UPDATE: 182 days after my order the final part of the lamp arrived. Looking at it makes me feel sick because of the appalling amount of effort to receive what I had paid for. I was ghosted by Brosa in the last two weeks and received no support from them. I was repeatedly lied to by the delivery company Mainfreight. It turns out the initial order was in the warehouse next to the reordered one since December. It’s 6/5/22. No offer of compensation.

Still don’t have my furniture

Disappointed with the lack of communications with delivery delays. I was supposed to get the items in 2 weeks from order date as indicated on the website and it’s been two months. Still haven’t received my sofa and entertainment unit.

The main reason I decided to purchase from Brosa was their fast delivery but I really should have ordered from somewhere else that can fulfil their promise.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience in dealing with the Brosa team at every point. My purchase went smoothly and delivery was organised. I was communicated with by the team in keeping me updated with delivery and was able to get in touch with customer service easily, I wish I had purchased my sofa with them as I am having a nightmare experience with a different retailer.

Excellent purchase once again

Excellent purchase once again. Super happy with my armchairs. They are large and comfortable to sit on and read a book by the fireplace. Service is wonderful and delivered on time.
Already have the next purchase lined up.

Great customer service

I was pleasantly surprised by great customer service ,frequent updates about my seta modular lounge confirmation,delivery and arrival for a time frame that suited me .Well made modular lounge ,very comfortable boucle fabric ,hardwearing and good on price . I highly recommend Brosa for their products and exceptional customer service

Frank Small Study Desk

Really happy with my Frank small study desk. It's an elegantly designed and solidly built piece of furniture. Equally happy with the way it arrived on my doorstep. Brosa kept me informed throughout the process and delivered when they said they would. In the current climate, you can't ask for more than that.

Price, quality and service A+

My daughter and I are very happy with the single upholstered gaslift bed be bought at Brosa. The price initially appealed, but have since been very satisfied with the product quality and the delivery / install service. Recommend!

I hope you don't need your items in a…

I hope you don't need your items in a hurry.
Waited 3 month for delivery of two items. One arrived only. No word from Brosa about another. Had to chase them . Contacted them and been told that it was returned to their warehouse and then shipped back overseas ?! Really ?
Was offered a refund but reading other reviews where people never received theirs decided on re-shipping of the item.
They advise was that it will be another 5 weeks + up to 9 days for local delivery if we lucky.

Not surprisingly the website states - We support local and bluh bluh bluh , so you can enjoy your item in 1-3 weeks.

Misleading advertising much ?

Honestly don't trust paid reviews , shop elsewhere save your nerves and money.

Hi Max thanks for sharing and would like the opportunity to respond. Your ordered your artwork on 20/1 with an ETA of 14/2-28/2. It was sent our via Australia Post however it was returned to us indicating they could not find the address due to the label. As soon as it was returned we resent it and looks like its on track for delivery by 5/4. We are proud to say our artwork is locally sourced in Australia. It should be arriving shortly. Thx

Do not recomend.

Damaged in transit before it even arrived at delivery depo. Online chat just palm you off to other departments that don't get back to you. Still waiting for refund. If a waist of time is what your looking for order from Brosa.

Really bad experience

We are having a really bad experience with Brosa. We have been given 4 separate delivery dates for our lounge and each time it hasn’t turned up. I have called Brosa on 10-15 occasions and it is impossible to get a straight answer about what the problem is. I have tried to call Brosa three times this afternoon alone and they aren’t taking calls due to call volumes. It’s disappointing that I need to write a review in an attempt to get something that I’ve paid for. Brosa can you please contact me and deliver the lounges we ordered?

6 month delivery wait time

I ordered two frank bedside tables and it took 6 months for them to be delivered. They also don't smell like wood, instead they have a bad chemical odor.

Love my new bedhead from Brosa. I would definitely purchase from Brosa again as the customer service, price and quality of product were all excellent. Even with many delays on product deliveries at the moment Brosa delivered my bedhead as promised and the delivery service was excellent

Was a great experience from when I…

Was a great experience from when I ordered my beautiful chesterfield 3 seater sofa bed back on Xmas Eve, we where selling and buying all at the same time, but Brosa kept me in the loop the whole time with delivery time as I was not sure where to deliver it too, but they offer to hold it back. So so happy with them as a company.

I ordered my lounge in October 2021…

I ordered my lounge in October 2021 still waiting. Delivery date was before Xmas then date kept shifting still waiting. Coming upto 6 months and Zippo.

Hi Jenny, I have had a look into your order and can clearly see that there were some delays with the container. Like most businesses we have been dealing with the impact of Covid especially with overseas makers. Allocation of container space and congestion at sea and at ports has impacted us and our customers beyond our control. I understand you had been contacted throughout the delays and your sofa was safely delivered to you on 23/3. I am so sorry for the frustration the delays have caused you. It is certainly not the expereince we want for our customers.

Amazing quality and very comfortable

Couldn’t be happier with our new bar stools. They are fantastic quality, super comfortable and the workmanship is that of high end custom furniture. The ordering process was super simple and professional and being able to select a delivery date - that was actually stuck to - was very impressive. Will definitely be shopping with Brosa again.
