AMAZING SERVICE

From start to finish my experience with Brosa was amazing. Customer service get back to you very quickly. You get plenty of notifications on when tour order will be delivered, including real time tracking on the day. The drivers had to bring my couch up a lot of stairs and when I say alot I mean ALOT. There was no sign in their facial expressions that this was too much to ask, they even had smiles on their faces. Just amazing setvice

Northside Brisbane - Grace Dining Chairs

We recently purchased 2 dining chairs. They are great.
Easy to construct.
Delivery was prompt & streamlined.
In fact we loved the chairs so much we have another 2 on order.

14 week delay without explanation or communication, BAD overseas customer service

Ordered two products in April after being reassured about the delivery option (told items could be brought just inside my door in a non-Metro city), and told items were available and it would take 5 weeks for delivery. It’s now July and I’m still waiting for the items I ordered. Communication from Brosa has been extremely poor. They have today promised delivery this week, however a few hours later I received a text message stating delivery would be in a few more weeks and they’ve provided a different delivery date in each text message. When you call you speak with staff in an international call centre who all read off the same script with promises things will be sorted out and to expect further correspondence, and nothing ever happens. I’m out of pocket. They have me hog tied; I can’t cancel the order because I’ll be charged a fee for returning it, I can’t afford to purchase another bed - I already spent $2000 on the items I ordered 14 weeks ago. As compensation I was offered store credit, but but how the hell could I consider buying something else from them after all this? All they do is take your money and lie. DON’T SHOP HERE! If I could give a MINUS 5 star review I would.

Great Experience

From the time we walked into the showroom in Sydney to the completion of the installation of our beds in QLD it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Brosa. Zoe in the showroom was just lovely and kept us updated on our order to the installation guys who were great.
The products that we ordered were exactly what we wanted and such a good quality. Would highly recommend Brosa.

Well done Brosa!

My thanks to Brosa for such a positive experience in online shopping. The order was processed very quickly along with appropriate notification of each step in the process. The delivery was efficient, being notified of the day of arrival and a call from the delivery driver shortly before he reached our address.
Most of all I am so happy that the lovely chair is exactly as it appeared online.
I highly recommend this company.

Quality furniture with a few issues which were resolved

The products assembled are exceptionally solid and pleasing to the eye. The bed frame construction was tricky as the adjoining parts according to their "lettering" did not match up and I thought the under support legs didn't fit correctly, from my perspective, so I left them off (I think they aren't correctly engineered - but maybe that's my error in assembly). There was also a delivery error where only 2 of the 3 matching ensemble arrived with a third item I did not order - this took 2 and half weeks to be rectified. The online staff are helpful, the delivery team are professional, punctual and polite and my feedback is one of being satisfied overall.

Great company to deal with…

Superior quality of product fantastic prices and amazing assistance and during delivery and after. Can't fault Brosa did my research and they are top of the tree fully recommend you contact them they have a show room stylists that talk to you on the phone and offer white glove services which other companies do not which means Brosa will deliver set up and show you all the pleasures of your new lounge.

Excellent online source of quality funitures.

We had hesitation of buying furniture solely online being out of state. When all the pieces turned up and there was a few of them, furniture for half house to be exact. We were surprise by the quality of the furniture and we had great support from the Brosa team with tracking and deliveries. Off course some items were out of stock, but the turn up as scheduled.

Brosa - A good company to deal with

Brosa delivered the purchased goods well in advance of the scheduled date. They communicated regularly by email and kept us informed on how the order was progressing. Their call centre gave excellent customer service when we had some queries.

Absolutely love my Melody tables

Absolutely love my Melody console tables. Beautifully made and make such a statement in my entrance hall. Brosa made contact with me the entire time before delivery and the day came for arrival and they were were there to the minute they said they would.

Great customer service

I recently reached out to the Brosa team re: a discount I missed out on. They were extremely prompt, helpful, flexible and understanding to my situation and honoured the discount. It was a huge help to myself personally going through some challenging times. Their customer service at time of purchase and follow up re: this situation was impeccable. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Decent product but shocking service

Started brightly when I bought a bed and bedhead. Without much trouble added two bedside tables the next day (post initial order).

Delivery ended in disaster when the bedhead didn’t fit through the door of my bedroom. It’s 3m long and there’s no warning about access issues.

Before I got a chance to think about the implications, the delivery men were off. Leaving the bedhead outside the house. Brilliant.

Had to wait until my girlfriend got home before I actually got it in the house.

Now after 16 days and an immediate request to exchange the headboard there’s still no resolution. This should be a simple resolution with the delivery men picking up the old and dropping off the new.

The returns form states 24 hours resolution.

Completely inept support function and after 9-10 emails with the last 3 unanswered I’m forced to write this review.

I’ve had the enormous 3 metre headboard occupying my small kitchen for too long.

Beware, once they’ve got your money, they’ll head for the hills and leave their toddler to manage your order.

A great experience and great product

A great experience and great product. The ordering and payment process was easy. I bought this couch online without seeing it but was really happy to find it was just as beautiful as on the website. The delivery was really quick and I was kept up to date with delivery times. Would recommend!

I organised my morning from 8am to 12pm - I called the team at 1pm this afternoon and spoke with Israel, who informed me the delivery time was now between 3:30PM to 4:30PM… say what? I could not go to my job this afternoon, and had to cancel my afternoon work shift.
I was on the phone with Israel, first then transferred to another person called Geiua; one hour exactly and Geiua’s manager: Ada was ‘in a meeting’ and was unable/unwilling(?) to speak with me.

We paid for the ‘white-glove’ service. I lost my afternoon work shift, and income, this afternoon.

We paid for a service we did not receive at the time BROSA set for our delivery, in good faith, I rescheduled my work-shifts.

Outstanding service from purchase to delivery

We purchased two kitchen stools from Brosa, we are so happy with our purchase and appreciated the assistance from the in-house stylists in making our decision. This advice was critical to purchasing the stools we ended up with. The delivery was so quick from time of order to arrival in Hobart. I would highly recommend purchasing from Brosa. Easy to deal with and great follow up service and quality products.
