Delivery on time

We bought from Brosa for the first time ever - and will never go back again. We ordered the Ethan Queen bed frame and bedside tables, which arrived promptly. Upon putting together the bed frame, we realised that we were a) missing a piece and b) the screws needing to hold the bed together were not reaching the receiving end, making the bed unusable. We quickly reported to customer service (who would usually take longer than 4 business days to reply to a simple request) and they said they would send out new screws, and the missing piece. When we received that package two weeks later, they had sent the complete wrong missing piece, and the screws still didn't hold the bed together. We requested a brand new bed, which they provided after weeks of back and forth. The new bed had the exact same problem, with the screws not holding together properly. After 3 months of sleeping on a mattress on the floor, we were finally able to get a full refund (but no apology, or compensation for the 3 months of wasting our time). We then ordered the exact same style of bed from Lounge Lovers (with the same manufacturer as all parts, and labelling was the same), and it worked perfectly. Brosa had just provided a faulty bed two times in a row, along with a painful customer service experience. Strongly do not recommend.

I recently went to the Brosa Studio+ store in Roseberry NSW mainly to see some carpets that I liked online and wanted to see in reality. Linda, sales assistant and stylist was very helpful and friendly. The store has a lot of items on display in what is a relatively small space.
I recommend visiting the store to get a hands on experience and excellent customer service with a stylist such as Linda.

Product was exactly as advertised, comfy and looks fancy! Delivery was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. They actually called and arranged a date and time that was convenient for me and then they showed up in time. Great service from start to finish. Measurements for items are comprehensive and accurate. I couldn’t be happier.

I purchased 2 lounges from Brosa and the quality of the product is superb. The colour is exactly as advertised and so comfortable, the first night we had them we feel asleep on them. The service is excellent as they keep you informed all the way through from purchase to delivery. The guys who deliver are professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone

My experience with Brosa has been very poor after the order and payment were taken. The order was processed in June this year with an estimated delivery date of September 2021. Unfortunately this estimation was extended, which I can appreciate due to the current climate, however there was no follow up advising of the change. I had to call and ask where my chair(s) were. A new date was given and this date also did not eventuate. Again I had to call and check in. At this point in time I received an email advising that my sofa would be delivered to QLD next week . I had ordered chairs to be delivered to WA? I called to say this was not my order and was first told I had ordered both, this was then reviewed and changed to the correct details and that the chairs were ready for dispatch. That was approx. 3 weeks ago. Still not dispatched, still getting the run around, still no proof that they are ready to be sent. I am really really frustrated. It has been 5 months since the payment was made.

I recently ordered and received the Olsen Extendable Dining Table and absolutely love it! Great experience ordering online and with delivery - I received frequent updates to let me know when it had been shipped, and was able to track the drivers when they were 30mins away (rather than just the standard note that the item is 'out for delivery'). The delivery drivers were really helpful and brought the item upstairs for me. The table was easy to put together and exactly as advertised on the website. I'm really happy with it, and it's exactly what I had been looking for! I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic product, and a really helpful support team - they went the extra mile to help out with delivery of my item while I was moving house which really helped with stress levels! The furniture looks amazing, I couldn't be happier

The team was very professional and delivered on time. I had good experience with the whole team with communication, customer support, etc. The furniture is of very good quality and I’m extremely happy with my new set up!!

Excellent product and professional service

These stools are just beautiful. The joinery and colour are gorgeous and I’ve already had friends comment on them. Also, I got two from Brosa for almost half the cost of what some other retailers are selling them for.
