We have used Brookhouse Gas for the servicing of our gas boilers for years and used them for the quotation and subsequent installation of our current Worcestershire Bosch boiler.Whilst they were not the most competitive (but by no means the most expensive) the experience with Brookhouse became a no brainier in the final choice!We find all their engineers friendly polite and efficient and knowledgeable and this is complimented by the office based backup staff.All in all a first rate company that I heartily recommend.

We recently had a new boiler fitted including a new radiator installation. Could not fault them at all, lovely lads, and left it really tidy. Even with all the drilling there wasnt any mess left behind. From a quote to install in less than 2 weeks excellent service throughout! Ive recommended them to everyone i know. Thanks again team Brookhouse.

We rarely need to call on our maintenance contract but when we reported a minor drip from our boiler, Brookhouse Gas sent an engineer in quick time. He arrived promptly, identified the issue and came back a couple of days later to fit the new seal. We have enjoyed consistently good service for over 15 years now and regularly recommend Brookhouse Gas to others!

At the time of contacting Brookhouse Gas Services Ltd. I was not a “ customer “ however we were aware of the extraordinary service provided when we had the mother in laws boiler serviced ( 22nd January 2026 )
I spoke with Donna, a wonderful lady who arranged for an engineer to call, THAT DAY !
The equally wonderful engineer repaired and serviced my boiler at the same time.
I now consider myself to be a customer of the best heating company around and will continue to make use of their services.

I hadn't realised that Brookhouse Gas could fit air conditioning units. The units have been in short supply due to increased demand but Nick came up and worked out a plan, sent an estimate and we were booked in when they were able to acquire the appropriate units. Alex and Dan were prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly. They worked really hard and everything was left clean and tidy. Excellent - I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Once again great service from Brookhouse . Arrived on time as arranged and service carried out efficiently and with no mess left at all . Same engineer (Mr M.B) really builds up trust and continuity. He was also very explanatory and thorough in going through the service procedure to another staff member that came with him . Always found this company very reliable and professional .
