First time using Brookhouse for my boiler service, easy to book, arrived on time, very thorough and respected our property. Very impressed, definitely will be using them for our future services. Thankyou.

The engineer was really helpful and just got on with the job really efficiently.

I have been with Brookhouse Gas for over 20 years. In all this time they have never let me down. With their insurance, (which is very reasonable), they have provided 5 star service. Whether it be a Summer or Winter service, new radiators, finding and fixing leaks, they have always been very professional, friendly and thorough.

Dan and Joe were punctual, friendly and efficient.
The booking process was straightforward and admin ( invoicing etc) was all prompt .

I have been with this company for a few years now and are very happy with the service I have received. The engineers carried out their work efficiently, were polite and sociable.

Brookhouse always call me to remind and to book the appointment, they are so accommodating with dates to suit, due to me running a business, sometimes can be awkward. but they work with me.
The guys attending our property are very polite and knowledgeable. The office staff are very nice to deal with and helpful.
Overall very good company and would highly recommend for your boilers/radiator care.

I have a service plan with Brookhouse and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to Jack who came within an hour and found the fault on the boiler. A new part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later. Brookhouse are an excellent company to deal with . Jack was punctual, cheerful and very efficient, explaining exactly what the fault on the boiler was. 5stars all round!!

Another excellent boiler service from Brookhouse, Alex is always so pleasant and friendly, he found a fault on the system and said he would need to order a replacement gas valve.
He returned the following afternoon with the new part and fitted it with no problems. He is a first rate engineer and works very neatly and tidily clearing up after himself.
