I recently received my curtain order along with my free cushion. I am extremely pleased with the curtains, beautifully made, an excellent price and quick delivery. The free cushion was a nice touch, thank you,I ordered another to go with it. I would highly recommend your service and will most certainly be back.

I ordered some made to measure curtains from British Made Interiors. The updates provided by email and on the website were really helpful as to the status of the curtains. They arrived in the time expected and were well made. One of the curtains had a fault with the original material but when I got in touch to raise my concerns, Chris and Danny were very quick to respond and delivered a professional service to resolve the issue. This felt personal and they were adamant that I would end up with the high quality product that they intended to deliver. They were really quick to have the faulty curtain picked up, replaced and also gave me two additional cushions and covers for the inconvenience. Overall I was really impressed with their personal and professional service and drive to deliver high quality curtains. I would definitely use them again.

I recently purchased some curtains from British Made Interiors and the service received from start to finish was exceptional. Email enquires prior to sale were answered promptly, I received regular updates during production and we was thrilled with the curtains when they arrived, beautifully made, well packaged and great delivery service.
I have to mention the excellent after sale service. I had an issue with the curtains which was entirely my fault. Danny was extreamly helpful, him and his team were able to fix the problem and I am left with a fabulous pair of curtains which cost a lot less than I had been previously quoted from another company.
I can't rate this company and service high enough. I would highly recommend and will definately be using them again in the future. Thank you to Danny and the team for a great job.

Just received my second order of curtains from British Made Interiors. Excellent service and superb quality curtains. Very impressed with this company.

First time I had ever ordered curtains on line, so was a bit nervous I had measured everything correctly. My curtains arrived perfectly packed and they are just the very best quality, perfect fit, and look amazing. My order was for 2 pairs to cover 2 large French doors - so the effect when they are closed in the evening is stunning.
Also must mention the best customer service ever from Danny - every company needs a Danny in their office.

Beautifully made curtains. Very happy with how it looks up. Unfortunately took a bit longer to get delivery otherwise would have given 5 stars but was worth the wait.

This company offered exactly the fabric I was looking for. There was a bit of a delay as they had to obtain more fabric from the manufacturer (big curtains) but they kept me up to date throughout. The curtains arrived yesterday and I am really pleased with them. High quality fabric and excellently well made.

Excellent service from this company. I had a few queries which were answered promptly and I was kept informed of the progress of my order. The curtains
were delivered in good time. DPD delivered them as scheduled and left them in the safe place I had stipulated. I am delighted with the curtains, they are very well made. I also ordered a curtain pole by Cameron Fuller from British Made Interiors, that too is of good quality and was delivered before the curtains, which was useful. I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent selection of fabrics and value for money. Very quick sending out the samples and the curtains and blinds are beautifully made - would thoroughly recommend British Made Interiors.

Had been given the run around by local companies but British Made Interiors provided an excellent service. Right from the first call they impressed with their knowledge and understanding. They made up three 'wave' curtains in our preferred fabric and came in hundreds of pounds cheaper than the prices we had from elsewhere. I was a little concerned that their prices may reflect their quality but I was pleased to be proved wrong! Highly recommended and we'll certainly use them again.

I have had a number of curtains and blinds made by British Made Interiors and on every occasion the process has been seamless and the result great. I look round my house now and am delighted with how lovely the windows look. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Over the moon with my purchase of a pair of curtains which match an existing pair. Danny kept me informed of dates and delivery times, service good. Only dropped a star as I ordered a remnant which seemed to disappear and then turned up and after a three week wait arrived. Cushions now made to match and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again.

Using an unknown on-line company for the first time is always of concern, especially when the price is so competitive.
However, after an online chat and various e-mails with Danny I placed an order and kept my fingers crossed that the quality, fit and delivery time would be met.
As it happens I cannot fault their service and communication was excellent, the ordering process simple, and the quality of the finished curtains appears first class!
The curtains were delivered well within time, they are lined and weighted and certainly look and fit as good as we'd hoped. Plus we had a free matching cushion included.
If they'd added a small label on the hem it would have been helpful for the next time I need curtains!

This was the first time I have ordered made to measure curtains online and I could not be more pleased, reassured and impressed. From placing the initial order to receiving my curtains, I was kept updated about each step by email (ordering the material, making the curtains, shipping). My made to measure curtains (with the premium upgrade) and 4 matching cushions took just under 3 weeks to arrive. Everything was packed beautifully, and finished to a high standard. The hems and finishing are great (including weights in the bottom corners as you'd hope for). I could not be more impressed with the service and the price. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Excellent.

I purchased two Roman blinds from this company in 2018. They were beautifully made and I was a very happy customer. Thee years on one of the chains broke so I contacted them again for help. Chris could not have been more helpful and the following day I received a new chain with emailed fitting instructions. Couldn’t be more satisfied and will always use British Made Interiors in the future.

Reasonable comms, great product, prompt delivery.

After a terrible experience with a competitor, I was dubious about ordering curtains online again. However, having read so many positive reviews about this company, I decided to give them a chance.

Post purchase comms were timely and they even called me to check I hadn't made an error with my orders (as there was some duplication). No error had been made but I appreciated them taking the time to check.

I asked for an estimated delivery date and all 3 of my orders arrived by that day, well packaged.

The curtains are really well made.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, in particular, Danny. The finished product was of the highest standard and I am totally thrilled with it. I totally recommend them for a superb all round experience and will definitely be using them again.
