Ben, dealt with me throughout the process and was always engaged and helpful, promptly dealing with any little query that I raised. The whole process from enquiry to delivery went without a hitch.

At no point have I ever used my work email address to sign up for any form of car leasing. Why am I receiving marketing emails once a week?

In general it was a good experience. I want to stress that Toby was very helpful and friendly and a great contact point. There were some issues. Originally the car was supposed to arrive in the beginning of December it ended up arriving in the middle of January after a number of phone calls to push it along. When the car arrived it had been driven from Liverpool to London so was really dirty which was not the way one expects to receive a brand new car. The other issue was that the person who delivered the car had no knowledge about it so could not give us any information about the car. These are relatively small issues but ones that would have been appropriate to resolve.

Ben was very professional, the service was friendly, efficient and simple. Would recommend.

I recently had a very good experience using Britannia Car Leasing when sourcing my new lease vehicle.

I had been receiving offers via email from them, waiting for an offer to come available on the right kind of car i was considering. When something was available i contacted Britannia to obtain prices specific to my requirements, and was met with good solid, open advice from Ben.

The vehicle was in stock, very competitively priced, and delivered literally within around 1 week of my original enquiry.

When the car arrived i was delighted with the vehicle and service offered by the delivery driver who had brought my lovely new car on a low loader truck to avoid any delivery mileage or transit dirt.

Overall I was delighted with my experience through Britannia, Ben was always contactable and responsive to my requests, and gave honest accurate information and advice. Cheers Ben!

What a brilliant company, I can't thank Matt enough. We have ordered a car from another company and having waited for over 4 months, were told that we would have to wait for another 5-6 months for a car that had been advertised as in stock, We contacted Britannia and Matt was brilliant, he arranged for the same make of car that we had ordered from another company to be delivered to us within 2 weeks and made everything so simple. We were fully updated and will definitely be in contact again.

Super easy to work with. What I found particularly good was that I had been in contact with them but hadn’t found a suitable car however Charlie proactively contacted me with a deal which turned out to be suitable and I ordered the car! The process from there was straightforward and I’ll come back when my car is up again. I’ve also recommended them to family and friends.

Not only did we get a great lease deal the service we received from start to finish was excellent.
There were some issues with paperwork however Toby was so fast to respond and resolve these, usually within a couple of minutes of my e-mail he'd be on the phone with a follow up or response.
Because of this the issues weren't really issues, I don't think we could have had better service.

Britannia made the whole process quick and simple. They were always easy to get hold of and quick to respond even after i had received my new car.

No sign up and I'm constantly getting spammed by this company - regardless of what I do with my junk filters, they just modify their email address and send out again. I've unsubscribed, nothing works.

Plus, why would such a highly rated company resort to buying in illegal email lists and not adhering to ICO regulations? Having had a look here - a lot of these reviews are clearly fake - shame on you Trustpilot!

Had a fantastic Rep from this company called Toby - Would 100% recommend as not only the sales support was brilliant but also great aftercare ensuring that the car is perfect etc. - great prices also

Matthew Bergin has been great with our company, we have had several cars and not a problem has arisen. Nothing is to much to ask, always on the other end of the phone. Communication is always key and they always have the highest standards in that. Thank you again and i will be returning as usual
