I have just completed the Ultimate Acting Programme and what an experience it was! This is the first month in a year I have not returned to the studio and a part of me wishes I could rewind time and relive the experience again with the wonderful people I was fortunate to share it with. But, I am grateful that I took the leap and had that experience. I look forward to the future of my acting career! Brian and the industry professionals who instructed us surpassed my expectations. They truly care about your development as an artist, a human, a steward of the craft. Ultimately it is down to you to do the work, you are the maker of your life - Brian and his team will be there to inform, challenge and guide to ensure you have a solid foundation to build upon because this is a life long process! Because of the Ultimate Acting Programme, I now have an agent, a profound understanding of myself and an unwavering drive for the continuous development of my craft. Thank you Brian and I will certainly be reaching out in the future, his knowledge is invaluable to any aspiring or established actor.

I highly recommend Brain Timoney's Actors' Studio if you want to embrace the Method approach in acting fully. Brain is an excellent tutor and is passionate about the craft, coupled with Natalie Timoney's business skills. These guys make an amazing duo who really do support all students. I have just completed Brain's intensive one year programme, and yes it was tense, and not for the faint hearted either, but the course is definitely transformative. I am so glad l took the leap of faith. I am now a signed actor with an agency who is working equally hard alongside me. Keep on believing l say, and just go for it! I intend continuous training with Brain's Studio in the future. Additionally, l have made some lifelong friends with fellow actor on course. So, in conclusion, an amazing journey for sure. Well if you want to take your Acting to a different level this is the course you need to try and get on .. The Ultimate Method Acting course with Brian Timoney it is life changing , All aspects are covered Mask work voice work Yoga ! even some Business side towards the end of the course . The reason for this is you will need it . After the showcase and before i returned home from London.. one Agent wanted to talk before the weekend another had set up a zoom Appointment that i could change if i was not free at that time . This was Before i had chance to Email them thanks for attending ! Tomorrow i sign up with the Agent of my choice . I respect Brian as my Teacher and am proud to call him and Natalie my friends . This course works trust me !

How do I feel after the 3 day bootcamp with Brian,
The 3 days are a combination of enlightening good advice & demonstration of how given focus, attention and the right level of coaching we can each fine tune & develop our acting skills & practices to always be getting better with every opportunity. Ask any question, the environment is comfortable & inviting to be open and vulnerable. Throughout the journey Brian had each of so in mind when you were in front of him performing. points weren't just made, they were demonstrated. I'm sure there's more work to be done but I know I already feel certain I'm on a True, Real & sincere path to enabling my acting to be realised beyond anything I had previously thought. Therefore hard work ahead but I welcome it when it comes to working with Coaches like Brian. Brain & Natalie quite obviously consider carefully who's on the bootcamp and the size of the group because that worked perfectly & frankly I want more, much more, the momentum to keep learning has been effectively ignited in me. Let's just keep doing this & I feel like I welcome audiations. Where did that come from?

Essential Method Acting Skills Boot Camp
I was recently very privileged to spend three days on the ‘Essential Method Acting Skills Boot Camp’, under the expert tutelage of Brian Timoney. I have always loved method acting and the great actors that use it. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first, as I have not acted in a few years. But once I had signed up to the course, the excitement just began to build and build as the dates grew closer. On the first day of the course both Brian and Natalie put me completely at ease, explaining what we would be doing for the three days and how we would be using our collective life experiences, as a group, to hone our skills. Brian’s teaching style was informative, yet very conversational, explaining the different exercises in great detail. As each day finished, I went away with my mind awash with so much enthusiasm for the possibilities and also excitement for the next day's exercises. As the course came to a close on the final day, I was left in two minds. The one that could not take on the one year course right now, the other thinking of ways in which I will in a year or two, working on the exercises in the book until then. All I can say is, if you truly want to act, to be an actor on tv and film, then this is most definitely the course you should be taking. The sheer wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding that both Brian and Natalie have, is beyond anything you can imagine. Book your place, trust me, you will not regret it. Then you too can start reaching for the stars!!

I found Brian's approach to be one of clarity, simplicity and therefore encouraging focus. I found him both affable and approachable when it came to asking him questions during classes thanks to his calm nature. His approach to the craft sharpened my enthusiasm further in wanting to learn more on method acting going forward. I really enjoyed when he gave us the opportunity to act out scenarios to get a feeling of what method acting entailed. I found the Relaxation technique he took us through had sharpened my voice enabling more clarity also allowing me to project more in its delivery giving me that added confidence. Brian would be my preferred Teacher for this genre of acting.

Before the boot camp, I was searching for a deeper connection with myself as an actor. I wasn’t sure what I would find, but I knew I needed to take the step.

The experience opened me in ways I hadn’t expected; it challenged me, grounded me, and gave me the courage to trust my own truth. I left with a renewed sense of confidence and a deeper connection to my craft.

I’m so grateful to Brian and to you for creating a space where transformation felt not only possible but inevitable. It also meant a great deal to feel supported by the other attendees, which made the journey even more powerful.

The course was held at the Saddlers Wells Theatre, so the venue was of a very high standard and facilities were excellent. The course itself was outstanding, and uncompromisingly challenging. At the end of each day, you felt invigorated by having given your all and shattered by the fact that it had been demanded! Mr. Timoney leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit of excellence and his respect for the craft of acting is infectious. The course takes you on a journey of both self-discovery and creative discovery as you delve deeper and deeper into your own impulses and the techniques of the great Method practitioners. He generously shares his encyclopaedic knowledge; knowledge gained from years of a relentless pursuit of perfection. A pursuit which has taken him from Moscow to Los Angeles and his students gain the benefit of all this. On Brian Timoney’s courses you will be working in a totally supportive creative environment, where you will feel completely safe and totally unhindered to experiment and find your own truth.
This recommendation however does come with a warning – be prepared for a totally transformative experience and be prepared to leave the course a very different person to the one you were when you arrived. If you are serious about acting, then Brian Timoney is about the best there is out there and I feel certain that in the fullness of time his name will join the ranks of the great practitioners such as Strasberg, Meisner and Stanislavsky.

Before attending the Essential Method Acting Skills Intensive Course, I honestly felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. I had always been curious about method acting, but had no idea what to expect or if I would be able to truly connect with the techniques. I wondered if I could really reach that level of emotional depth.

After the course, I left feeling empowered, inspired, and deeply connected—not only to the craft, but to myself. The transformation was incredible. I came away with a renewed sense of purpose and more confident in what is required for the art of acting.

The experience itself was intense, in the best sense. It was immersive, supportive, and pushed me to explore parts of myself I hadn't explored before. The instructors created a safe space where I felt free to take risks and let loose. There was a perfect balance of structure, challenge, and emotional guidance.

More than that, I learned to be present, emotionally honest, and centred in each moment. These aren't just acting skills, they're life skills.

I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the boot camp. I was a little apprehensive at first, which I think is normal. I felt confident that the course was going to be good and I soon made friends with some of the other group members, which made me feel more at ease. The whole group were very friendly and supportive of each other.

I found Brian to be very approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the industry, his delivery was concise and meticulous and his analysis and advice during the etude sessions was first class.

At the end of the 3 days I have a much better insight into the industry and the amount of hard work and determination that is needed to succeed. It has also helped me to understand what it takes to be a natural actor and the way in which Method acting can achieve this, by combing psychology and becoming immersed in the character as part of the acting process. It has given me some directions on what needs to be done to have any chance of success.

As a result I knew that this is the way forward and have decided to apply for an audition. I would recommend this boot camp to any aspiring actors so they can properly understand method acting and the psychology behind it.

I was really looking forward to the 3 day boot camp, I was excited yet still nervous from the anticipation. Once I was there and met the lovely group of people and with Brian’s opening introduction I was soon feeling relaxed and confident.

I’ve always been interested in method acting, but I found it challenging to translate that into a self-tape or audition. Brain’s technique was incredibly effective, it gave me a clear, practical way to approach my lines with depth and authenticity. It truly felt like the best method I’ve come across, and this boosted my acting ability and confidence.

It was a wonderful experience, and watching others who had never trained and seeing them pick up the lines with ease through Brian’s guidance was amazing . He made us all feel equally matched in ability.

Prior to attending this course I felt excited and nervous, however Brian quickly made me feel informed and calm.

Prior to attending the course I read Brian's book and also I refreshed my memory with the book during the course and it all made sense.

I particularly liked the strong focus on relaxation and being in the moment which I have struggled with at times.

I took advice from Brian regarding slowing things down, rather than "overacting or rushing lines". I practiced this back in Glasgow with a scene partner and it worked and we captured the audience.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and I would highly recommend this.

As most people will feel I felt like I didn't know what to expect and obviously a little nervous. As soon as I sat down on the first day the atmosphere was great. Everyone was similar to me, they just wanted to chase this dream. Brian and Natalie were great!

As soon as I set off home back to Lancaster I knew this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. I put that down to this course, I knew that I'd done the right thing by throwing caution to the wind and signing up to something I'd wanted to do for a while.
Since the course I've been implementing Brian's teachings into my everyday life and I've never been happier.

I wanted to join Brian’s courses for so long and always questioned whether I should go for it or not. I’m happy to say I’m so glad I did. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made, it was for me, for the career that I’ve always wanted and a dream I never went for. Now with Brian’s help and courses, I feel so much more confident going into that dream, more open and honest with myself, a better understanding of method, I gained friends and a support group. Voice and movement coach which really helped me also. I got to find the kind of actor I could be, the roles I wanted, I got signed with an agent from the showcase. I can’t praise Brian’s method enough, the understanding he has for you, for the craft and emotions, your feelings, pulls things out of you that you don’t always pick up on, sees things not everyone else does and the courses are really just a blast. I would absolutely recommend people doing any course run by Brian Timoney. You will learn a lot and you will become a better actor. I did the 3 day weekend course initially and was so impressed that I decided to audition for the 1 Year Brian Timoney Ultimate Acting course. Fortunately my audition went well and I was offered a place. I had done a year's full-time course at another drama school 2 years earlier and I did learn some things there. However, I feel I have learnt a lot more from Brian in the 12 months of part-this part-time 12 month course. Brian has created a structured course which slowly introduces you to the Method. He has taken the the best from different Method practioners and is always learning and developing his acting teaching. Brian has a very unusual skill in exploring the significance of how we move, speak dress etc and how this impacts on our ability to play different characters. He will suss you out- there is nowhere to hide with Brian! I know I have been stretched. I have become a better actor. I feel I have definitely become a better actor for playing more serious/ psychological roles and for screen acting in particular.

Brian will push you but he is trying to prepare us for a very very competitive industry. He has years of experience as an actor/ director and acting teacher and has a wealth of great anecdotes and knowledge. I was so happy with my showreel scene which is a big improvement and the showcase went well and 48 hours after the showcase I had signed up with an agent.

Sometimes you have to make a decision to invest in your future to try and live your dreams .I believe Brian's course is worth that investment. Go for it!

I enrolled on Brian's Ultimate Acting Intensive 1 year programme having absolutely zero previous acting experience.
During the process of the course I became an actor and created a show reel scene as well as finishing off the course with a showcase for agents. Shortly after the showcase, I had received multiple exciting offers and have now officially signed with an agent. This course works!
I have also continued my training with Brian in the Pro class for graduates of the Ultimate course.
