Ordering was easy , paying was easy, but I was advised that as soon as the paint arrived at Chester’s branch I would be notified . After some days past the allotted delivery time and not having heard from the branch I had to ring to be told that it was indeed in and could be collected. My gripe is that I thought the branch should have Got in touch with Me No notifications

Chester doesn’t answer the phone
Ordered paint on Tuesday told it would be Ordered paint Tuesday told available Friday arranged job accordingly. Was told I would be telephoned on the Friday. No call rang the Chester branch phone rang out, automatically transferred to head office who said they were having problems with Chester. Promised to get in touch nothing happened rang again twice no answer. Is there any management at Chester or for that matter at Head office?

Easy to deal with, excellent service
Ordering online was easy. Delivery was originally broken into two consignments but after making contact, this was changed and delivered as one. Materials arrived ahead of schedule and were delivered to a safe place as requested. Superb service.

Can't fault their delivery service. Although they only guaranteed next day delivery, my last order arrived the same day, fantastic.
