Very poor service. The staff are slow to serve customers at the till and one member of staff made sarcastic remarks when I asked for a preordered paint that had been paid for. I will not use Brewers in future the staff need to understand that customers are important.

I found these online when looking for cuprinol paint. The price was the best too. I rang the main customer service number from the website because I had a question and the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed a click and collect order to the Chester store and staff there were great. I'd definitely look here first for any decorating products.

Fantastic service I recently bought a festool dust extractor and from the moment I placed the order to taking deliver was faultless, just keep doing what your doing, just wish we had a shop in Wrexham.

Needed a range of Zinnser paint products to tackle Mould growth in one room. Brewers had all the products in stock, which I then ordered via click and collect. Received an email quickly saying items ready for collection. So good product lines and easy to obtain.
