BRB installed an Air source heat pump in 2020. They did a service in 2021. They now refuse to maintain the system. Quite happy to take the installation grant but not to give an after sales service.

BRB are really good, always first class service.I have been with them for just over three years only having to call them out once and that was no problem.They phone you every year for your boiler service and the staff are so nice.Nothing is too much bother.

Came when they said they did. Quick efficient service.

BRB Heating Ltd fitted a Wind powered Pump a couple of years ago and I was delighted with the work done and the guys fitting it. I took out an insurance policy with them and part of that policy is an annual check of system - the latest check happened on the 8/2. The guys were friendly,polite and professional - they did their job to a high standard checking with me if I had any problems with the system. I recommend a Wind Powered Pump - my electricity costs have halved over the time I’ve had it. I highly recommend BRB Heating Ltd.

I had a job booked in for replacement valves, GRANT the engineer came in, saw I had a slight Leek (I didn't spot it) he fixed it straight away.. Very courteous engineer, very respectable of my property,, he did the job assigned to him, was very cheery and did a great job.. Would defo recommend BRB

Service done quickly and efficiently as normal,

Had a full install of central heating system on 02/02/2024 by BRB. All engineers were polite and professional while carrying out job. I was kept in the loop at all times by the engineers on progress etc. Would not hesitate to use / recommend this company again

Full house radiator replacement (seven radiators). BRB were professional, helpful and efficient throughout.
Surveyor was helpful and took the time to answer all my questions when he came to my property to survey the job requirements. Replacement radiators were delivered on the day by a very efficient and helpful delivery company. The team who actually did the work were great. Did a great job. cleaned up after themselves and walked me round the house afterwards showing me exactly what they had done.

Absolutely outstanding from the start of the process to the end

Staff were great. Everything done to a high standard and nothing was a problem. Talked me through what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.

The electrical and plumbingwork staff were clean quiet and courteous and very efficient. They cleaned up afterwards making a very good job. The only thing
against installation was the carpet fitter did not make a good job of relaying the carpet as i had to make good his mistakes and had to buy metal strip at carpet join. I am awaiting installation of roof panels.

BRB Heating Ltd kept me informed every single step of the process. By phone or in person, every one I had contact with gave clear information in a professional and friendly manner making everything easy and stress free. I am so pleased with the results. A quiet, efficient heating system installed in one day and a cosy house to enjoy. Thank you so much.

I cannot recommend BRB enough. The team who installed my central heating were prompt, professional and did the job in the time they said. There was no tidying up afterwards as the guys made sure everything was tidy. Cannot thank the team enough the guys were so pleasant and helpful from start to finish.

No show. Booked for 0800 - 1300. I had to contact them to discover they had made a mistake with the booking. That’s five hours of hanging about waiting pointlessly.

BRB fitted a new boiler in 2018 and we have a modest care plan with them covering annual boiler service and priority callouts. Had to call them on Saturday morning as no hot water. Service engineer called same day and identified a faulty valve. Called me back on Monday to quote for repair which was carried out on Tuesday. Brilliant service and I would recommend.

Their website has a page offering electric underfloor heating services however when I rang they said they don't do that with no explanation. Could have been more polite on the phone.
