Excellent company. A new boiler and 5 new radiators fitted. The engeneers, who did the work, were friendly, professional, and did a great job, that I am very happy with. Also the engineers who did the service a year later, recently, were the very same. I will definitely be taking a plan with BRB. Excellent company. Five stars.

A great service from start to finish. A new boiler, 8 replacement radiators and two new ones installed in a day and a half. The three guys who did the job were polite, helpful and very efficient. The house is warmer already !

My 94 yr old Mother in Law needed a new boiler and radiators as the old one brokedown a few weeks ago for the umpteenth time. What she received from warm wise Scotland was a new Eco highly efficient heating system installed by very professional and highly trained engineers from BRB, cannot praise them enough, they were superb.

Have used BRB for several years now and have never been let down.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out all in one day to install a new boiler and new radiators throughout. Had great communication before and during the install informing me of all the working being carried out, how and when. Took time to assist with the programming of the heating timer and explained how to operate the boiler. No mess was left in the house. Fantastic job done and would highly recommend this company. Would definitely use them again.

Service provided was very good.Timescale was quick and engineers were very helpfull on the day my heating was installed.

Not happy at all, got a boiler fitted and my lino that is only 2 months old got 2 ripped in 2 places as well as 4 more damages, the guys that fitted wasn't provisional one of them asked if I was going out when they arrived, why is that important, after 3 weeks of complaints I finally got the lino replaced, its had 1 repair already, Ive just rang the emergency repair number to try and get the water and heating fixed and the guy made up an excuse not to come out, not great

What a nice bunch!!, professional, friendly and efficient. They explained everything, took care of everything and left no mess. The installation was a breeze and I am really happy with the team. A well-deserved five stars!!
