This is an excellent dealership and many thanks to Kevin Sperrin for looking after me from the moment I arrived, he made the experience of buying a used car feel every bit as special as buying new.

The car was prepped to a very high standard and Kevin was kind enough to make sure I had enough fuel in the car to get home by running me to the local petrol station which was above and beyond any service I have had before.

Highly recommend this dealership, nothing was to much trouble and the car is lovely, thank you so much for everything you did for me.

Great service from the staff as usual when I had to have my car serviced.
The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars was how much the cost has risen and the clean inside and out was no where near the usual standard you normally get. It was a bit slap dash this time

I went to Brayley (Grays branch) to view a used Mazda CX-30 that I'd seen on their website and ended-up test-driving & buying a different CX-30 as it had a higher spec and I preferred the colour - Mica Blue. The salesman (Kevin) was very personable, knowledgeable & helpful. He even came-in on his day off to resolve an issue. Overall, buying a used car from Brayley was very straightforward and I wouldn't hesitate to consider using them again in the future.

Danielle, who dealt with our enquiry was helpful and explained thoroughly what was needed on our vehicle and the exact cost. The car is now working well. We had a slight problem that the front of the car had some light damage that we noticed when we got home. Your team examined the car and checked it against your scan when we brought the car in. Danielle agreed it was a problem and we are waiting an appointment for it to be rectified. I am impressed with the service we received and the no nonsense approach of your team

Kevin & Ian were both friendly people who were happy to spend plenty of time to ensure I understood options and deals when purchasing, and again to explain essential features of my car on delivery.

Great customer service from the team at Brayley Mazda Thurrock today. I got my car checked in the garage and was able to work from the show home in a comfy area with a laptop table and plug sockets. All staff made me feel welcome and were very polite. Plus the checks to my car were completed earlier than expected. Thank you.

I got a nice Mazda from this branch and happy with the service. I wanted to mention that I received good customer service from Kevin. Kevin was very helpful in showing me the options available based on my criteria and budget. I made up my mind on the day to get the Mazda cx30 after the test drive despite him having to stay past the closing time. He also gave good advice on after care and responded to my queries after the car was picked up as well.

The welcome was excellent when I arrived. Everything was made very clear about the service and MOT procedure. I was called in the afternoon and informed about the minor issues that needed rectification and given a reasonable price to deal with these matters.
