My first time of visiting there, A bit of a journey, but ok.
I found the lady at the desk very polite, helpful and cheerful.
A car service takes as long as it needs to, everything fine, even got my car cleaned, thankyou

I want to note my positive experience at Brayley Mazda Thurrock. The customer-friendly environment and the professional and friendly attitude of the staff, particularly Kevin and Alex, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of acquiring the Mazda CX-30 2.0 e-skyactive. From start to finish, everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend Brayley Mazda Thurrock. Thank you, Alex, for your excellent assistance.

My experience with Brayleys compared to Romford was like chalk and cheese, Brayley's are outstanding, Romford are completely incompetent and also have a real lack of customer care... in fact they dont even care about their customers at all! Mazda Romford replaced the stop start module under warranty and created another fault which they could not diagnose. I spoke to Danielle at Brayleys who arranged for Chris to take a look and he diagnoised the problem in 30 minutes. Mazda Romford had installed the clock spring sensor wrongly and damaged it. Mazda UK had told me I would have to take my car back to Mazda Romford but there is no way I would ever take my car back to them. Mazda UK informed me that if i did not take the car to Mazda Romford then i would be liable for the cost of fixing Romford's mistake. I asked Danielle to carry out the repair. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally. What a great team. Danielle thought I had been treated badly by Mazda Romford and that Mazda UK made no good will gesture although I had been complaining to them about Mazda Romford's complete incompetence. Danielle reduced the cost of the repair out of good will to try to restore my faith in the Mazda brand. Although it is a long way to go I will be taking my car to Brayleys for servicing and they will do it while I wait. Thanks once again for your excellent service and I would recommend you highly.

Customer service was fantastic. Mazda was friendly and professionally represented by the lady that attended to me at the receptionist desk.

I bought my MX5 in 2019 from Brayley's, Grays. They have serviced it every year since then and have proved to be a friendly and reliable main Mazda Dealer, I would recommend them if you are thinking of a Mazda for your next car

Customer Service is excellent. The vehicle is always looked after when I leave it them and I get genuine feedback regarding imminent problems or things to pay attention to. Even though we’ve moved away I’ll still take my Mazda into the Grays branch. Can’t recommend them enough.

This may seem a little repetitive if you're scrolling through all of the reviews, but....

Another shout out to Kevin, He's more consultative than his sales job title implies. Listens to your needs and advises solutions. Absolutely no pressure, no rush, just educated and experienced guidance.

He works hard too, spent time ensuring he exceeded my expectations, both on specification and price.

Must also add that I've had my previous car serviced at Brayleys a couple of times and the team have been extremely professional and friendly.

The only thing that sucks is their 'Cortado' coffee, though it is free

Cannot fault the service provided by Kevin at Brayleys. He listened to what I needed and never pushed me into buying anything. He was more interested on what was best for me and not the best sale for him. Friendly and fab, will definitely be going back!..

Danielle and the team were fantastic. I took my Mazda CX-5 for its second year service - competitive price and excellent customer service, topped with a full clean of the exterior and interior. I’ll be coming back in a years time for its third service. Keep up the great work.
