They picked up my car for a serviced and MOT and then delivered it back to me, excellent service.

Seamless service provided by Brayleys. Received a phone call as a reminder that my service was due. Booked in and checked in using the online service email received prior to my appointment. On the day I was kept informed of my vehicles progress along with being notified once it was completed. On collection my car had been cleaned. I was sat down and all the paperwork including costs were fully explained including any advisories. Can’t fault the service supplied again

Quality of the service decreased compared to las year was not cleaned inside and outside after full service and mot . Bit disappointed.

Visited Brayleys Thurrock (Honda Service Center) recently and upon collection, immediately noticed car had been damaged very badly (scratches and front body work damaged)

Contacted the garage immediately whilst I was there and also contacted head office and experienced extremely poor customer service.

Matter still unresolved and I am left with a damaged car. Avoid at all costs.

Service was excellent and completed in good time. Procedures and outcomes explained by friendly staff. All good and would highly recommend.

Kevin's car-buying experience was the best by far! He had a very laid-back and sincere feeling, not at all like a pushy salesman. Without making me feel hurried or under pressure, he helped me find the ideal fit by taking the time to truly listen to what I needed. The entire procedure seemed simple and completely open. Go directly to Kevin if you want a seamless, reliable experience and to truly feel satisfied with your purchase. He is indeed a treasure!

I have always found Brayley’s reliable and always get good service from them. On this occasion, since no longer being a sales company for Mazda (now a service centre), I had the feeling that there was more emphasis on upselling which I have not experienced before in the 5 years since I purchased my car from them.

Kevin was a pleasure to interact with. He is warm, friendly and professional. The vehicle was as described, however I did request a full description (as the garage is far from where I live) of the vehicle's specification on a couple of occasions but this was not provided. Thankfully, upon inspection the car had everything that I was looking for.

Kevin at Thurrock provided excellent sales service, from his knowledge of the car, responsive phone calls, the test drive and query handling. Unfortunately the car wasn't a match to my requirements but there was no pressure selling. If the car was a match I'd have bought. I enjoyed the buying process and was disappointed that the car didn't live up to my expectations.

Brayleys Cars were very professional and diligent in when dealing with me and taking care of the vehicle before handling it over to me. The car was sold with 1 year warranty as default and went through a full inspection before releasing.

I purchased a new Honda CRV at Brayleys Thurrock last week and the service I received was fantastic, Kevin was extremely helpful and made sure to keep in touch throughout the process, Jose was also a pleasure to deal with and at no point did I feel like I was being 'over sold'. Second time buying from Brayley's thurrock and I'm sure it won't be the last! Thanks for the great service and friendly smile!
