Good experience, the car was booked in early and I was advised at check in how long it might take as I was waiting with the car. Complimentary drinks were offered in the waiting area which was much appreciated.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful.

Excellent assistance to find the right model from Tyler. He was very attentive and patient and also with the challenge of suddenly needing to find insurance on the spot.
We would highly recommend this young man.

Excellent service from start to finish. Scott explained everything clearly to us and got us the best deal possible to suit our needs for our purchase of a second hand Juke. Whatever he promised to do he did and sat with us before we left explaining all the relevant controls we needed. Really pleased with the service as usual at Brayleys Stourbridge.

Great service, great staff and a nice easy experience

This is my third Nissan Quasqai. I love the car, it’s perfect for my needs. The staff have always been excellent at Brayleys Nissan. On this occasion I dealt with Derek. He was wonderful from the start. He went through everything I required, and most importantly listened to me to find the right spec for my needs. His knowledge on the range was excellent, no hard sales or pressure , just straightforward answers.
Highly recommended.

I arranged to have my car serviced and MOT'd. I dropped the car off at 10.15 for the 10.30 appointment and told the person that i would collect it at 3PM. I was told that they would call me to tell me when it was ready. I tried calling at 2.45 no reply. I continued to dial the number every time it timed out until i stood in the service reception at 3pm. I stood waiting for a further 15 minutes while still dialling the number. Eventually a person said that my car was ready but he needed to sort the paper work. at 3.50 pm the person returned and couldn't understand was i was angry at being told that it was ready when it obviously was not and being kept waiting 50 minutes later than i was due to collect my car. I will NEVER use Brayleys at Stourbridge again.

My car was repaired to a high standard, and I’m really pleased with the result. Charlotte kept me updated throughout the process—thank you, Charlotte, for your excellent communication. Overall, it was a great experience.

My only disappointment was that Bradley no longer provides the complimentary wash and valet after repairs. It was a thoughtful touch that customers appreciated, and I hope the management will consider bringing it back.

Did mention a rattle/vibration on tickover to person from other dealership that booked service but obviously message not passed on, we maybe thought the recall issue was the problem but still there.Overpriced for what you did, hopefully one day I can do a job for you and rip you off back.

Prompt turn round for the car health check, everything about the car service & MOT was explained prior to the work commencing.
Trying to get through to the service department for an update on the work on phone took several attempts but, apart from that, having a reliable, trustworthy dealer virtually on my doorstep is a plus 👍

Took a brand new Nissan tipper to Bradley’s asking why it doesn’t tip only to be told they can’t fix it as it’s not a Nissan body rang the main dealer Scotland they said it is and both parties agreed it was so it went back for warranty work
Horrifically they said it left Nissan brand new no electrics so we ask them to raise our complaint after 5 weeks three visits they said it’s all done
We have to our driver no indicators now tipped up won’t come down our in house maintenance looked a box was hanging from under dash board lifted it up and it went down
So yet again had to go back two weeks on no calls they are a joke don’t buy a scare board from these guys they don’t have a clue as for my truck I’ve lost three contracts out of pocket on hire charges they don’t care is there attitude
You have been warned don’t buy a car or van new or old from them they are a joke
