Great company, car, and after sales service. Natalie and Daniel have been excellent.

The service on my Kia Sportage was completed quickly and efficiently. I was able to watch this from window in the customer seating area.
The staff were polite and informative.

Good service very pleased with that and car lovely and clean.

I was introduced to Brayleys Kia Harpenden car sales by a neighbour David White who works for the branch (non sales role ) but who always speaks so highly of the company and his workplace ,so this gave me confidence to use this company .

Being a bit nervous to get the whole thing initiated (I am a lone 60+ lady who only changes cars every 15 years !!!!)
So David White kindly organised an initial appointment for me at a time to suit, including giving me directions to get there from my home.

When I arrived in the spotlessly clean and organised showroom I was meeted and greeted genuinely and offered a hot drink .
Then I went on to inspect and test drive the car I wanted to buy,
As I was very pleased with the car, I decided to part exchange my existing car.

Brayleys organised all this for me both the necessary sale side and filling in all the necessary forms on the computer to de register the old car from my name (including road tax ) and re register the new car in my name.
My deal included 1 years warranty and full 1 year AA cover so I feel safe .

The lovely salesman Jon Simpson explained all of the above so clearly and calmly and at no time did I ever feel pressured to buy the new car or sell my own car which was amazing .

Jon also showed me how to use so many things of the new car that I never had on my old car such as air conditioning cruise control city parking button hands free and Bluetooth music .

I honestly never expected to take all this in (not having a head for such matters ) But it was explained to me so calmly and clearly that I shocked myself!! and took it all in and I can use it all now.
Graham Lyndsey the Manager also oversaw matters in a calm caring way and helped me especially when I couldn't do the bank transfer and needed help he guided me through the process in a helpful reassuring way .
I recommend the company if you are looking for an honest caring company who are non pushy and caring and always there at the end of the phone if you have any queries.

The whole team in Harpenden are friendly, professional and courteous, Danny Reynolds was our Salesman and he was thorough and informative regarding delivery times and any other questions we had. Delivery was a lot quicker than anticipated and we are very pleased

The servicing team is professional, friendly, with an high expertise in EV servicing needs.
Also very attentive and adaptable to changes in scheduling.

Car. Was lovely and clean . Tom was very polite and explained bits andd bobs. as was Jarrod.

Arrived to return my car for a recall. Less than one hour later I was on my way home. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, we were offered a coffee whilst we waited.

Tom, in the Service Department, was incredibly helpful, getting me back on the road exceptionally quickly. Also provided clear communication throughout the process.

Great experience with the service department at Kia, Harpenden. They rang with a reminder for my MOT, booked a convenient time and reminded my by text in the run up to the appointment. They were very helpful at the service desk and the car was done quickly. Can't fault the service dept customer service in any way.

ng service provided by this dealership. On the day of purchase we had visited 2 other garages where we looked around the showroom and forecourt without any acknowledgement from members of staff. We arrived at Kia Harpenden and although all sales advisors were with clients we were approached immediately by Jonathan who asked us to look around, come in for a drink and they would be with us as quick as possible.
Jonathan then took all time needed to explain all cars that were within our budget and the best options regarding the purchase. When challenged with figures both himself and the branch manager Dan were totally transparent and showed us all evidence needed to know we were getting the right deal. Over the next 10 days communication was faultless. Today we arrived at the agreed time to collect our car. Jonathan was waiting for us, had everything prepared and everything flowed seamlessly. Dan also came and thanked us for our custom and see us drive away in our new car.
We have purchased many, many cars but this is the first garage where we have left feeling so impressed that we would never return to a garage other than this one.
Kia should be extremely proud of this garage and their team, outstanding. Thank you

Danny was brilliant from start to finish - very responsive to queries by email/phone and talked me through all the features of my new car when I picked it up. 10/10!

It took a while for my car to be fixed as we had to wait for a part to come in but Bradleys were good at keeping me informed during the process and the car seems fine now.
