Fast and efficient service. Brought in for non-starter, fault quickly identified, starter motor ordered, fitted and returned, all within 24 hours. Couldn’t have got any better service and highly recommended.

Very helpful staff. Shame about the new location
Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. My car was serviced and returned to me well within the time window promised.
The new premises are a real mess at the minute. Very congested and difficult to find anywhere to leave your car. I think they are trying to sort this out. It's also not so convenient being out on the Hatfield road versus the old premises in the town centre. I live some distance away so always have a few hours to kill. There's not much to do in the vicinity - a very nice farm shop with a great cafe and Dunelm/Wicks but that's about it.
I also had to wait about 6 weeks to get an appointment for the service - which does give me concerns about their capacity.

Ive been taking my car for servicing to Brayleys (Coupers) for a good few years now. They have recently moved from Catherine St to Lyon Way but the customer parking at their new location is diabolical. They really need to get it sorted! The service team are lovely always helpful but please sort the parking!
