Delivered car at. 8:30 reception did the necessary documentation, at 4:54 I was notified by phone call my car was ready for collection. l collected my car and it looks good and fells good . A very professional organisation I am ver pleased

Great service quick efficient very friendly service couldn’t be more helpful.

There was a recall on my car, so it had to go in for a whole day, which was awkward as we are a one car family. So luckily, I was informed when I rang to arrange the appointment that I could have the work done at the Enfield branch, and EVEN BETTER they would collect my car from home and drop it off when the work was completed. This was such a relief.
The driver was really lovely, he arrived early and brought the car back when the work had been done.

purchasing the car on line for me was not easy having to upload documents i found difficult as i do not use the computer all that often for this type of work. So all in all not overly impressed

Service was very good, the standards of staff were very good and helpful.

The sales team at Honda are out standing and gave me a first class service especially Helder who went the extra mile to help me with the finance company which I used who where very slow and kept chasing them up and helped filling in all there documents well done Helder Da Costa 👏 👍

Booked in for timed service , was done in just over 2 hours .
Staff polite , we had our little dog with us and one of the team game him a bowl of water and treats.
Nice waiting area with coffee tea etc free of charge .

Shay was an excellent salesman. We felt as though we mattered and we came away feeling that we had a good deal. The process was simple, we had a good part ex price and the test drive made allowances for personal needs. I cannot find any fault and would definitely recommend Brayleys

I recently purchased a used Volvo from Brayley Romford.

From the initial call making my enquiry to booking in with the service team because of a fault - which turned out not be a fault at all and only myself not understanding a the technical part of the car. Even then the team were very understanding.

I have been so impressed with the team. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything promised was completed and carried out.

This review does not do the team justice. I want to thank you Brayley Honda Romford for a great experience. I will definitely be coming to you again in the future.

Great coffee. I bought the car 5 months ago and it has on it something called Telematrics so the car can communicate with your phone. Things like where it is, if its locked. Virtually the dashboard on your phone. I wasn't aware of it and it had not been turned on.When I found out about I tried to set it up myself but was not able to as it has to be initiated and turned on in the workshop. Hence the visit to Brayleys where I bought it.Lets hope I find it useful.

I took my Honda Jazz in for a service yesterday. Your advisor was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He kept me updated throughout what was happening and when it was ready for collection. He is a credit to your organisation. Highly recommended.

I recently left my Honda civic car for recall and the customer service was poor. It was broke down before and although they don’t have time to repair it they could have been bit polite in the response. They have now forced me to take the car out and look at my local garage.

Service done to a very high standard, on time,paper work and a added bonus the car was cleaned i/s and out which really impressed my neighbour who had just had his VW serviced and was advised they do not clean cars after servicing.

Honda Bradley Romford look after both our family cars. I would say I’m a fussy customer with a ton of questions that I need answers to and they’re always, more than happy to help. My last visit was a routine service. Their attention to detail was impeccable as always. High recommend for all your Honda dealership needs
