Efficient and thorough checks for 'Minor service' and MOT. Friendly check-in and check-out service.
The place was pretty busy but I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee and didn't have to wait long.
Discovered that Brayleys is about a 5 minute walk from the 406 bus top.

The process of test driving and purchasing of a used car from Brayley Honda Ewell was an enjoyable one over the last few days. I was able to test drive a couple of cars. Once I had decided which model I wanted, Brayley were able to offer a selection of different age and spec cars. Handover was efficient, the car was presented in great condition and Paul covered everything that I needed to know before I took the car away. Thank you.

M car was picked up and delivered home later that day accompanied by a comprehensive list of service actions carried out. Seamless.Thankuou.

I’ll keep this short and concise:
- Called up for safety recall (stated 2 hours on letter)
- Turns out they need the car the whole day no courtesy car provided
- Recall inconveniences customer but 2 hours is reasonable but whole day not so
- You would expect a courtesy car as result of having the car for a day
- Asked to speak to manager
- Wrong manger from another dealership called and mention there is a cost due to how the company is structured as would be a cost to them but I said you shouldn’t be using this to explain to the customer so you are saying the customer is to pick up the cost rather than the dealership (good customer service that….not)
- The correct dealership call and I was in a meeting they left a voicemail to say courtesy car is £30 etc and to call up to book. Was a dial and dash job done voicemail left, no ownership from the manager I wanted to speak to a manager for a reason that why I requested a call.

In the morning, on drop off, I was given a lift to my office. I was kept informed of how things were going. On pick-up, it took a while, due to printer problems, but these things happen. Overall, it went well.

Car was at the garage due to a recall. Easy to book an appointment. Took the car in at 9.30 and work took 2 hours. Had a loan car to get home and return. Friendly, helpful staff booked the car in and contacted me when ready for collection.

The assistant Mohammed kept me informed throughout the day on stages of progress on the service of my car.
Providing information and costs on a future piece of maintenance that may be needed in the future. My car had even been valetted before being collected.

I booked a 'while you wait' service on 16 April 2025. The staff were welcoming and the service took only around 80 minutes, including a wash for my car and a complimentary coffee for me. Would service my Honda here again.

We bought our vehicle 2 weeks ago from Honda at Ewell and are really pleased with it. We decided to go to a main dealer as they offered safeguards that would give us peace of mind on our purchase of a used car; we were not disappointed. Our whole experience with this Brayleys dealership was great due to the friendliness, professionalism and patience of Steve Ventham, our salesman. He answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. Many thanks to Steve, and also to Casey who was also very welcoming when we visited the dealership. We have fallen in love with driving again thanks to our lovely Honda CR-V.

Brayleys telephoned to make an advanced booking for service and MOT. Expected when I arrived. Brilliant Service Team, Mark and Charlotte dealt with the issues and kept me advised during the day. Car collected and fully documented. Excellent service from a Company I have used for probably 18 years.

Recently replaced my old car with a Honda. I received a very good service from Paul who sourced what I wanted and was always helpful and patient. I’m happy with my purchase.

The airbag inflator safety recall was completed within an hour as promised.

Professional approach. Kept me informed of progress, picked up the car, did the MOT and service returned the car in a clean condition.

It is most helpful that my car is collected and returned home after a service and mot. However, the cost for this service has increased considerably over the past 3 years.
I am informed of any additional requirements considered necessary and the cost during the car service.
In addition the car is returned washed and the interior hoovered.
It is also useful to have a service plan so payment is taken by direct debit throughout the year.

I have had my Honda CRV serviced at Brayley Honda Ewell for 15 years and always found the service reception staff friendly and helpful.
