My car was unable to complete a 1 minute audio update so required a computer reboot. On booking the appointment at Brayley I was told I may have an 8 hour wait (which given I have 2 hour round journey to the garage as well was not great). However, on arrival Jess on the service desk said she would fast track the issue and hopefully the service team could sort the problem within 30 minutes. In the end I think it took less than 30 minutes and Jess even escorted me to where my car was parked. Great service from Jess and one extremely happy customer.

We booked our first service 6 weeks ago and were told there were 2 recalls for the vehicle (Honda had not notified us about these). The service needed to be carried out by end September but they could not do the recall work until late October. We therefore had to book a September while you wait service and a second end October booking for the recall work. Upon arrival at the dealer for the service they said it’s booked in for a service and the recall work and would be with them all day. That would have been great if we’d known about this change of plan in advance, but we had to have the car back by lunchtime to attend a hospital appointment that afternoon. Very frustrating!
The service was carried out without any issue and the car was ready by noon. We will return in a few weeks for the recall work.

Contacted by BRAYLEY Enfield approx a month ago to remind me that my 3rd service & 1st MoT were due.
Booked in for the day & time that suited me best.
On arrival, friendly & efficient receptionist sorted the paperwork, within 15 mins I was off to work, she said car would be ready mid/late afternoon.
I returned around 3:00pm to a sparkling clean car with all jobs done.
Excellent & stress free experience.

Jenifer was fantastic and went out of her way to try and help me in what was a difficult situation. She requested good will gesture from Honda and when that was rejected, she requested it from her manager. She has allowed me to keep the curtesy car for longer while I try and resolve this situation. However, my experience with Honda brayley as a whole was far from satisfying. They are trying to charge me for damage to my car that should not have occurred as I followed Hondas maintenance schedule. The member of the sales team that called me tried to offer me £500 trade in for a car I bought from you 3 years ago for £17000. Your staff would do well to take jenifer’s lead and guidance on how to treat members of the public

A warm welcome from always smiling staff, impeccably dressed and keen to assist with anything. Crystal clear understanding and explanation of all bills, contracts and works carried out. No hard upselling of add-ons. Great coffee and waiting room. Timely phone calls when the work is done. And on collection several hours later - in particular Jennifer - still smiling as if it was the first customer of the day.

Very helpful and efficient when i rang about a used Honda Jazz which i bought yesterday with a lot of help from Richard who guided me through all the documents online. He was very informative and pleasant and came to Hendon Honda from Enfield branch who were selling me this lovely car. It took quite some time and i had a test drive, was shown all round the car and he was very patient and kind. I also spoke to Anthony on Bank holiday sunday who again was very helpful and made a video of the car for me. Very impressed with this dealership and happy with my new car which is in excellent condition. My thanks again to Richard Tidiman.

Express service amazing. Customer Service was excellent. Very polite & helpful.

When asked to do the upgrade was told it would require another visit as could take 4 hours.
We went for our first car service - was told 2 hours.
They agreed to do update at same time however after 1 hour was told all done. About to drive home then I found the update had not been done. Another 45 mins it was done.

Very helpful and plesent good customer relations and makes life easier.
