This tile is amazing. I did for my sons bathroom. It’s next level stuff here! The picture shows a big close up of the tiles just so you know the squares are really small. So the sheet is yeah 12” x 12” but the tiles themselves are about 5cm by cm to give you about 80 small tiles on each sheet. Came fast. Looks amazing and is a focal point of our bathroom for our son

I can change the review, if the issue is corrected. I was sent the wrong set of tiles and I have yet to be told what is going to happen to correct the situation. Some resolution would be appreciated.

The tiles are truly beautiful and everybody compliments them! I chose the pink ones and they are slightly darker than in the pictures, but still beautiful.

Slow answering e-mails.
After ordering on web site, the delivery was fast.
I ordered 1 sample of 1"x1" porcelain mosaic, the color matched my expectation but the size was more a metric size. Not their fault but they should learn that doing business in USA will require US sizes..
All together I am positively happy but won't purchase from them because of the size issue.

I wasn't happy with the MINIMUM required for the order; I think it should be optional to require a signature for delivery; pricing was a little too high

Fast shipment, Had some questions about the product, the company answered in a timely manner. Don't be alarmed if you see something stating they are based out of China. The place that sent my tiles was a warehouse in Jersey.

Terrible experience getting my tile through the customs process. Tile has waiting to clear customs for a week and still don’t know when I will receive the tile

I ordered 1 box too much and so far 5 emails later and no one will respond to the question, Can I return 1 unopened box and if I can, what is the address to mail it to. The backsplash installed looks nice but customer service means a lot for repeat and future purchases.

Slow to respond to inquiry about shipment or confirmation of it, but material is just as good as it appears on the web site

There is zero communication on order status nor any tracking information sent. A customer, should not be left unaware as to where their order is in the process and no clear means to contact for status. Some people need to cater to be present to receive their order this cant be done with zero ETA. I would never place a large order with your company because you go dark after order confirmation. Updates including shipments tracking and ETA should be standard procedure.

I love the colorful tile pattern! Although shipping was all the way from China, nothing was damaged, but it did take awhile- about 2 weeks. Have not yet had it installed so I cannot give it 5 stars, but hoping for good things!
