I never received a confirmation about my order. They deducted the money from my account and 10 days later I have not received my tiles. No status on the shipment. I've sent several emails to the contact email, but no response from them. Do not order from this site.

Great product, better than pics. From the description on the website I imagined that there would be a bit of a wait for the tiles to arrive. Wrong!they were here in a matter of days. Fantastic

Beautiful tiles, but the color was not true. I wanted emerald green and these are more blue.

Is my third time I shop tiles in Bravotti. I have received everything perfectly, love the tiles and now I am waiting for my last purchase to arrive. The reason why I gave them 2 stars is because of the post-sale follow-up, they do not give you an estimated date of delivery of the product and when you ask questions they do not know how to answer you. I also gave 2 stars because the first time I bought here they sold me a product that was sold out and they only gave me the option to choose another one on their page, I chose a lower price one that I had paid and they never reimbursed me for the price difference

Unless something changes, left message (s).... colors not as shown... See what happens...no response so far. Delivery was quick.

I received my product intact it is quite lovely, but it's the wrong color. White mother of pearl..ask for the PINK mother of pearl . Then I received the receipt inside from Jack Zhang.,for $110. So you charge me $208.89. Seeing that I was sent the wrong color. I do not want to send it back I've waited a month don't want to wait any longer. so I would appreciate you to send me back $88 .89 into my credit card card account the $88 89 cents. please.thank you Peggy Willis.
