I have recently used this site to order goods for corporate purposes and I must applaud their professional mannerisms and assistance that was provided from the time of the order right up until its actual delivery.

Horrible Customer Service
I placed 3 different orders with Branders for about 5,000 cups total. One order was incorrectly printed with 2 different logos when the approval was for 1 logo on the entire order. I got the run around from 3 different people he said/she said when the approvals clearly state the order #'s and what logo went with each order. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would suggest to use a company that will correct their own mistakes and provide average customer service by fixing the problem they created. I had to dispute this order that was not fulfilled with my credit card company because Branders would do nothing about it.

Great Customer Service
I had recently placed a review with Branders.com. Within the next day, I received an email containing a 15% offer from Josephine Mararagan, Brander's Portfolio Manager. She followed up with me within an hour of sending an email and walked me through placing another needed order. There was little effort on my end and we got through reviewing the quotes & art proof within minutes.
I'd love to work with Josephine again. I know who I can go to for great customer service.

This was the first time I have ordered from this company- last night I tried customizing some can coozies online- never could get it just right- this morning Gerrie called me and helped me figure out just what I wanted and after every style she sent me an email with a pic and preview- we emailed back and forth several times- and she called me multiple times to make sure it was perfect- she is a true asset to this company- she was the one who "sealed the deal" for me to complete my order.
