Fake goods - I received trainers that were incorrectly labelled and sized when i contacted Bramilo they refused to accept a return offering a discount or a replacement - the trainers are obviously fake and the company a scam - stay away!!!!

Would not allow to return the product for a refund all returns are to China at customer cost. After complaining they openly told me “they don’t claim their products are genuine”! No where on their website do they mention this.

Terrible customer service going against what they have online for return policies. I ordered 2 pairs to make sure sizing was accurate and when I asked to return a pair they are unwilling to accept this, offering me a partial refund instead. If you use them make sure you know what you want and only order what you need otherwise you’ll be out of pocket!

**Awful customer service – avoid this company at all costs**

I would strongly advise against ordering from Bramilo. Despite emailing them multiple times to request a return and full refund after receiving the wrong size, they have consistently ignored my request and instead keep pushing me to confirm sizing again – completely missing the point. Their responses feel automated and dismissive, and it’s clear they’re deliberately trying to avoid issuing a refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Awful customer service, completely unhelpful, and bordering on scam behaviour. Proceed with caution – I certainly won’t be shopping here again.
