KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN!!!
Emptied my saving for the paralegal programme and let me telI you where things went wrong!
The course was £1,195. They requested a £395 deposit and then 4 payment of £200. Though they said that you can agree to a different means of payment, smaller chunks that you can afford, they don't follow through with that. I had to ask for my family to help me out because £200 a month in the midst of a pandemic and economic recession is HARD!
1. THE PLACEMENT IS NOT PAID!!! Read the contract people! For 8 weeks you will be working for free and get a reference and a certificate ! If you are sent to central London, it will be at your expenses and the firm/company doesn't care about that, they will send you around as if your oyster/bank card is loaded.
2. DELAYS!!! They tell you that the faster you finish the course, the earlier you can start the job placement. LIES! there is an uncalled for **21 WORKING DAYS** waiting period once you have finished the course before they can get you into contact with the career team as if they live in a different planet!
3. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXAM
If you finish early, the free date for the exam would be at the end of the month. If you want to take it early, it's £99! If you fail the test, its an extra £99
4. If you were promised a place at the end of the placement. IT IS A LIE, there is no guarantee of such in the contract. In fact, the company where you do your placement is benefiting from your free labour and so does Bradstone. The client pays them to send YOU and the client use your free labour for 8-12 weeks. No travel expense is covered but you will be expected to give a 100% for that free labour.
This company is SHADY! They purposely don't tell you things to keep you hopeful and positive throughout the 8 -12 weeks so that you continue to think that there is light at the end of the tunnel. However, there is only disappointment!
If you are lucky to be sent in a good firm, you get some experience, but is it worth £1,000. A FAT NO!!!
SO WHAT YOU SHOULD YOU DO?
1. Don't sign quickly
2. Count your coins
3. Read the contract/ terms of service!!!
4. THEN decide if this is truly what you want.

Avoid!!
I would avoid this company. They prey on people struggling to find work in this pandemic and charge exorbitant fees for what they provide.
Firstly, they interview you to tell you that you don't have the required experience/qualification and that they will be able to provide this for you. They make it seem like you go through a process of being selected, this is a lie, I purposefully answered very poorly and they still told me I was selected and congratulated me on this. They are very pushy in trying to get you to commit to the course which is approximately £1,000 + fees for taking exams which you are not made aware of.
They recruited me for an accounting course which turned out to be Sage50 accounts. You can find this for under £200 elsewhere. This indicates that the rest of the money is the value in the work experience provided. Do you really believe that giving free labour for what works out to be two weeks of full time work should cost you £800? It is a joke and I was succesfully able to get a refund as I knew my rights. Do not feel like they can bully you. Please do have a look at their terms and conditions as they mis-sold the course in my case and I am sure they have done so in others as they are effectively salesmen.
Finally, this is a UK company registered as Trade Simple Group and per their website, offer these courses nationwide. However, nearly all of their positive reviews are from abroad. Makes you think if the reviews were potentially bought.
Please consider the above before departing with your hard-earned money and I hope this is able to help others.
RE: Per the response from Bradstone below, if you truly believe you provide value for money with your courses, why not provide a breakdown on where the costs are allocated towards?
Further, you have not addressed why the majority of your reviews are from people abroad when you are a UK based company that only provides nationwide courses per your website.
The mis-selling was done through predatory tactics such as pressuring me to make a decision that day, a Friday on going ahead with the course as apparently a vacancy needed to be filled by Saturday afternoon - seems a bit of an odd day for a deadline. As others have mentioned, there is no mention of fees for exams when told about the course.
You've also mentioned that had I done my research, I would see that you provide your service to users outside of the UK. I have noticed some of your reviews have been from users in the U.S and Canada, which have mentioned working on a placement. I'm curious how this was done, considering they would need a visa to do this and to shell out more money to provide free labour seems a bit unbelievable.
I have also gone through 110 reviews on your trustpilot page. . I have found 45 companies that have been reviewed multiple times by at least two of those 68 reviewers. This totals 167 reviews.
As an example, the company Gamemore was reviewed by 23 people alongside reviewing Bradstone Allington, giving both companies 5 stars each time. They are both small companies too and are situated in different countries too which is suspicious as to why so many reviewers have reviewed both companies.
Another example of this is Studio Legale Avvocato Servodio Michela - Firenze which has been reviewed 8 times by the 110 reviewers I looked up, again providing a 5 star review for both that company and Bradstone Allington.
Below are the 45 companies in question if you would like to check for yourself:

Can you please explain why there appears to be so many reviewers reviewing the same companies?
This response was provided on 28/03/2021 and as of this time, there are 160 reviews on the page.
Update as of 04/06/2021 - There are now 55 reviews for Bradstone on Trustpilot. Care to explain this instead of trying to brush off my review as malicious

Be-careful and save your money and do not join!!!
This was one of the awful services in the UK.
They are claiming to offer recruitment, but hiddenly they will make a story that you do not have the experience, and you need to apply for one of their weird, vague, unnecessary courses. Suddenly you will find your self losing 1000 pound and later they will tell you you have to pay extra for the exam. None of their representatives is telling the truth about anything. The funny thing, all their good reviews are looking strange, so funny and a lousy way to cheat around.
OF Course whenever the review is bad, you will never find me on the system and you are claiming that the process is transparent, your lies are so clear

Awful service. Waste of money
I was informed about the accountancy placement programme in June 2020 after applying for a unspecified job. The sales person sold it really well and it sounded great. She described the placement as 'basically a 3 month probation period' and she said that it was now her job to make sure i got a job and that she'd be in contact all the time to make sure i was getting on with the course etc. Think i heard from her once after i'd paid my deposit, she didn't even reply to emails i sent to her. The sage and excel course was okay. The 'exams' were ridiculous and just a way to squeeze an extra £99 of you. After completing the course i was sat round waiting for my work placement which took 2 months. For the first 4 weeks of my 'work placement' i did virtually nothing and was quite clearly being sent things on some sort of email chain as none of the emails i got even said my name. Obviously this isn't Bradstone Allington's fault but it was still very frustrating. I complained and thankfully someone else at the accountant firm took over my placement and i actually started to do real accountancy work. The guy was nice but it was still really slow, just waiting around hoping for work to do and when the placement is only 3 months and you're trying to gain as much as experience as possible this was less than ideal. Also, during the work placement i was using Xero accounting software, so the whole Sage course that I went through (and paid for) was utterly pointless. It is now the 26th January 2021 and the last email i received from Bradstone Allington was on the 11th November 2020. Left feeling very disappointed with the service that was promised and then never delivered and it would be great if someone at Bradstone Allington could explain to me exactly what i've paid over £1000 for?
I would not recommend their work placement programme to anyone unless they were just looking for a reason to throw £1000 in the bin.

Hidden costs
I purchased this course with the view of it helping me in the future as a Spiritual Life Coach, using Crystals as one of my tools. The content was ok but at the end there was a hidden cost for the exam, which had I been notified of I could have budgeted for.
I haven't therefore finished the course and have requested twice for my money back - yet to receive.

Accounting is an extremely competitive…
Accounting is an extremely competitive career, you must have work experience to gain a job in the field. The extra knowledge from the course gave me a further edge I needed to impress employers. The customer service was very good however they do send you a lot of emails, which can be seen as a good and bad thing.

absolute nightmare
This was an absolute nightmare
First have to pay over a thousand pound
Second have to pay for the fees of the exam
Third this was a massive shock, I joined the paralegal course and they offered me a placement with an unknown company which no one have knew and even their website was looking weird
Avoid by all means

Joined this company for the sole purpose of career development, I'm very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend for graduates that need experience in a law firm. My placement did only last for 3 months but was thoroughly enjoyable and educational, I am currently working on my CV with the career coach who will be helping me further to find a permanent role.

Loads of Paid reviews-Hoax Be careful- Absolute scammers
Loads of paid reviews are here..... Absolute scammers...After luring me to pay 965 pound for the course and 99 pound for an exam, I have discovered that their work placement is with a CHARITY, although they pushed me and insisted that there was law firm in the city interested in my CV and just pushed me to pay the money and after that all these were just a hoax, as a rule recruitment consultant will never push you to pay money!!!
By the way their certificate looks like it was made by a school kid.
