My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn others. I was initially assured that a placement in Birmingham would be available which was QWE compliant, which was a key factor in my decision to enroll. However, after I made the payment, I was informed that placements were only available in Sheffield, Manchester, and London. This is a blatant case of misleading information and a violation of my trust. The assurance of a Birmingham placement was crucial for balancing my work and personal life, and the sudden change has caused significant distress. This deceptive practice not only influenced my purchasing decision but has also had severe implications for my professional and personal responsibilities.

The customer service I received was abysmal. Despite my numerous inquiries, my concerns were consistently ignored, leaving me feeling undervalued and dismissed. Given the premium fee I paid, I expected a high level of support and communication, as was clearly stated in the service offering. Instead, I encountered a complete lack of empathy, delayed responses, and an overall dismissive attitude. This has severely eroded my confidence in Bradstone Allington.

To make matters worse, after paying £1995, I have received nothing in return. The company has now blocked me from their emails and stopped responding to any further communication. When I finally decided to accept the first available placement, I am inclined to believe that Bradstone Allington had instructed the client not to reply to me. Not sure how to reply to the below comment, but I have phone called and even emailed for help and support. I tried to stop the course early on but I was told it was too late and that I missed the cut off date. still have gotten very little support and ignored. I have lost over £2000 on top of pay this huge amount you have keep paying out for exams about £100 a go. I feel embarrassed that I fell for this scam at my time of life. My advice, if you want to change your career path contact your local community college and work with them. I am doing my dream job, but this company has left me in debt. I am happy to take this down if you can sort out this situation Bradstone Arlington.

You have had ample chances to sort this out, I don’t mind failing and retaking exams, I big enough to take it and am willing to work hard enough for it. Also, I never said I incurred a debt because I failed an exam. I have incurred a debt, a debt paying for what I believed was a high quality course that would help me get work experience and support my career profession in a supported environment. This has not happened.
