Risposta di BraceAbility
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the shoulder brace runs small and that the Velcro is rubbing around your arm. We understand how uncomfortable that can be and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable as we continue to improve our products and sizing guidance.
Selection was important.
Came to this site because my orthotics provider indicated a lightweight over-the-counter AFO would be a better fit for nighttime wear. The one I chose has the benefits of being adjustable and should allow me to walk a bit without shoes on while wearing it. My current night brace is rigid and very/very slippery underfoot when worn alone. I don't need to stumble. I've tried at least four other OTC brands and find my custom cast AFO best for daily wear but very uncomfortable for sleeping. This should be perfect.

Do not trust their size quide! I measured & what I got didn’t even come close to fitting. Forget about returning! After they charge you for return shipping my refund would have been $1.32. DON’T BOTHER!!!

Very good products
Products are very good. The only improvement you need is to offer plus sizes. Not everyone is small or medium. There are a lot of larger people looking for options that fit.

this thing actually "works"
good order processing - ordered Thursday, received Monday. This brace actually works. I usually think of orthopedic braces as things that don't actually work, they just LOOK like they'll work. This lower back brace actually makes me stand straighter which makes my back feel better - it actually works. I wouldn't have bought it (wouldn't have even known it exists), but a guy at the gym took his off and put it on me to demonstrate.
