Its all good except the velcro on the top piece is just too wide for bottom part and I have great irritation on my skin from that velcro.

Your 'Overnight' option for shipping…
Your 'Overnight' option for shipping should NOT be available on Fridays because it showed it arrived in Omaha but sat at UPS until Monday 9-21 which makes it NOT Overnight. I feel i got ripped on that. Then my actual order, yes I screwed up and must have hit the X2 on the one brace. I emailed asking for this to be corrected and as of Monday 9-21 I still have not heard a word. I tried calling on Friday night, when I ordered, and nothing. Your only in Cedar Rapids, I should have been able to get someone on the phone, but didn't. The emails should have been answered but not. The cost of Overnight shipping, 1-your company should know the company's you are using for shipping if they are open or not. 2-there should have been some type of notification or something that would have gotten my attention that it would not get here Overnight. 3-the non-response just isn't acceptable.
I will think twice before using BraceAbility again. And dont tell me how to write a review when your company cant let people know about the issues with so called overnight shipping and you should let people know you dont respond to emails. Judy Wilcoxson

I ordered Neuropathy Compression Socks…
I ordered Neuropathy Compression Socks and Sleeves size small. I have small foot, 5.5 very slim and bony. The socks I received would fit my four year old grandchild. The process to return/exchange the socks is so complicated and at my expense, I’d rather eat the cost and throw the socks in a drawer. IMO, it’s not worth ordering from this company unless you know what you’re getting is exactly what you need. And, still yet after my response the company still didn’t respond responsibly.

I must admit I always GREAT PRODUCTgot my knee…
I must admit I always got my knee support from Kaiser Hospital through their orthopedic dept but it was of poor design and quality.My outside therapy retail center told me about this firm,and it is the best product that I have bought. Great quality,extra stitching around all edges,and most of all the cross straps pulling opposite direction is the real key to much relief.

Unreliable size chart and exchange policy
The sizing chart is completely wrong. Their “return and exchange” policy does not inspire any confidence. All the risk sits entirely with the customer, contingent on the return meeting what appears to be very rigid guidelines that the company believes the product was merely tried on and does not have any trace of wear, otherwise I will be out both a brace and my money. I will be keeping my useless, oversized brace as a reminder that internet purchases for medical devices isn’t always a good idea.
