ik ben al 10 jaar klant bij BP tankpas. na het wijzigen van onze rekening nummer is de automatische incasso niet goed gegaan. ik verwachte dat ze de incasso opnieuw zouden proberen maar tot mijn verbazing lag er binnen 2 weken al een herinnering en een aanminnig in de bus en al onze passen zijn uitgezet en blijkt dat ons contract met BP meteen opgezegd is.

ik snap als iemand een wanbetaler is dat je dit soort stappen onderneemt maar dit was veel te snel.

ik heb een klachten mail gestuurd geen reactie op ontvangen. ook gevraagd om mijn terug te bellen daar wordt niet op gereageerd.

dus uiteindelijk ben ik nu maar zelf aan het bellen met de afdeling waar ik nu al meer dan 59 minuten in de wacht.

echt schandalig dit had ik van te voren niet verwacht van BP. voor mij geen BP meer

Went into BP petrol station Willenhall for petrol 650 am 28/2/2025 lady took so long to release pump I had to go inside to ask what the problem was she said the pump was now activated went back to pump still had to wait as I was paying for my petrol I asked the lady about the delay she said it had to authorise it I said it doesn't normally take so long she said very abruptly I'm only doing my job I said if that happened all the time the queue would be really long she said yet again abruptly then they ain't doing their job properly I was taken aback by the way I was spoken to as most staff are usually polite not a good service today

I went to your Glossop petrol station on a Tuesday night
The man on the till refused to sell me fuel 45 minutes before it closes because he had already done his banking
Reply was we close at 21:30 and it was 21:15 when I arrived
Google maps says 22:00 they close and there is a big sign on the door with the opening hours which is 22:00 on weekdays
I assume the guy gets paid till 22:00 though something to be aware of BP
Got fuel cheaper elsewhere in the end

Every time I pay for coffee at one of your garages it charges me 3 times then takes about a week for the 2 extras to drop back into my bank!

Lost count of the amount of times I've paid for my ultimate diesel and asked them to scan my card on the bpme phone app and I've received no points,changing my petrol station from the one on the north circular Chingford as they're not very engaging in there at all

Buenas tardes, siempre he tenido un buen trato y agradable el la Gasolinera BP. Cerca de la entrada de la Urbanización las Palmeras. Pero escribo este texto - opinión porque hace unos días una empleada llamada Cristina( morena y con el pelo rizado ) me trató muy muy bien , con mucha profesionalidad , cercanía y ayudándome en una duda que tenía sobre la máquina de limpieza automática exterior del coche.
Está empleada es muy muy buena y válida.

Na een paar jaar te werken voor dit bedrijf kan ik alleen maar zeggen een puinhoop van een bedrijf!

Zeer slechte HR en managers op stations, collega's die tegen elkaar schreeuwen en te duwen op station de Hucht en IJsselallee, en na meedere keren aan te geven bij managers wordt vrolijk toegelachen.

Denk dat het hoogstens tijd is om de arbeidsinspectie hierop af te sturen.

Sie haben für ihr Personal in den Tankstellen und im dazugehörigen Cafe in Knittelfeld eine atraktive Dienstbekleidung.
Ich finde es daher nicht sehr als Werbung für ihre Produkte und für die Tankstelle, wen ein Mitarbeiter diese Dienstbekleidung nicht trägt und wie ein Gamler daherkommt.

BP petrol station on Harehills Lane Leeds. Continues to operate a air machine scam. This has been going on for years. It is worse now that they have installed a card payment unit on this machine that does not give a receipt! At £1.50 for 5 mins. They try to get you to pay £3. Often no air from the machine even though the pump runs. Tellers try to tell you, you don't know how to work the machine. After much pleading for help they do their tricks at the pump for air to flow and arguing for more money... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Trading standards need to investigate this trading point... Thanks.

I have been frequently on the A12 these past few weeks and the staff a this BP Rivenhall south service station Witham especially Shabeth or Shabeet hope I spell his name correctly he has been a true star we tend to call people out when they wrong us but never took the time to say thanks so for me brother thanks for taking the time to help me out today.

Why say you process Yodel parcels when you don't provide a full service? Can't / won't print labels from very rude staff.

Actualizaciones frecuentes de su aplicación de pago sin avisar, con lo que se montan colas, pérdidas de tiempo y cabreos a la hora de pagar. Las actualizaciones no funcionan bien y te quedas fuera del sistema. Un verdadero desastre de empresa.

Sin previo aviso todos los puntos desaparecen.

Siempre fue buena hasta que me robaron MIS más de 40.000 puntos. No tienen ni la más mínima vergüenza. Es como si tú banco te dice que si no te gastas el dinero que tienes ahorrado en TU CUENTA, se quedan con el. A eso en mi pueblo, se llama ROBAR. Y que quede claro que le doy CERO ESTRELLAS, no una como me obligan

Poca seriedad con los clientes fieles de muchos años.
Han quitado los puntos acumulados de mucho tiempo, así sin más. Nunca habían caducado hasta que han cambiado las condiciones sin previo aviso.
Es hora de cambiar de compañía a la hora de llenar el depósito. Si lo hacemos todos, algo notarán.

Me han quitado más de 14000 puntos sin avisar. No vuelvo a una gasolinera de BP ni loco.

Absolutely ridiculous parking policy. £60 fine for a 7 minute stay and didn’t even leave the car! No wonder the reviews are so bad. This incredible greed by BP is going to drive away regular customers. Do they not want to attract impulse buyers. I know one family that are now going to totally boycott this store! That’s 4 regular customers lost. Naive beyond doubt!
