Avoid avoid avoid takes your money no contact for 12 days says item is out of Stock offers immediate refund two weeks later no money, phone bank fraud department who refunded me. You have been warned totally unacceptable ,loads of choices through online shopping go to a reputable company

Avoid!
Order placed on 26th January 2024. Received automated acknowledgement & website indicated that order was ‘processing’. However, no sign of order by 26th February. Used the website to send email requesting an update. No response. Phoned number given on website a week later. No answer so left message. No response. Fortunately PayPal responded immediately & refund on its way. Avoid this company!

Heard nothing
I placed an order two months ago, and on 30th September I received an email to inform me it was being processed. Since then nothing. My emails have not been responded to, phone calls not answered or returned. Not sure they are still in business.

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I switched from my normal Hero forge print provider as I wanted to support a local business in the county.
However 23 days after placing my order and despite e-mails requesting updates I received absolutely zero correspondence. My order just showed on the dashboard as processing and I never even received an order email from the company itself.
Instant refund through PayPal dispute resolution and now my usual printer is sorting the order out for me.
I can not recommend this company for their complete lack of communication.
