Prompt & professional service.

Bovem customer service were very prompt in responding to my queries about my malfunctioning shaver. The shaver was bought from your agent in 2021 and it was explained to me that the warranty has expired. However your staff very kindly offered 50% off the next purchase from your website. And upon my purchase within 24 hours, the new upgraded version of the shaver was delivered to me in 48 hours. Impressive and very professional.

I kinda love this brand but i'm changing my mind...

I loved the Globe Trimmer 1.0 cos it addressed my needs below the waist grooming and i love supporting local brands and products. However it died after almost 2 years. It's ok cos things don't last forever right?

Bought the Bovem Globe Trimmer 2.0 website on a Tuesday last week(29th Aug) and and was looking forward to receiving the shipping out email after 2 business days as that's what they claimed on their site.

So it's been 7 business days and there's no news or email. So I thought i'd check in with the customer support chat on their website. Just in case, thinking they might have missed my order. So in the chat, i shared my frustrations and my situation and they responded with:

"Hi, thanks for reaching out. Our trimmers have been sold out through the store in September. We’ll be sending the order out tomorrow. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.".

So i shared some suggestions about how they maybe should inform the customers via email or something that they are sold out and under backlog or indicate something like this on their site. But no news or reply to my messages.

Oh wells, not a pleasant experience for me unfortunately in the aftersales and customer support front.

Just thought you guys should know that too.

I've taken a look into your order and do see that your order is due for delivery very soon. When we pass our orders to our courier for delivery, we trust they will deliver in the timeframe promised. Terrible company. Order elsewhere

It's been a week since I placed my order. Item still has not shipped. I have tried contacting them twice with zero response. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I just ordered the blades from Amazon, which I should have done in the first place. They were $9 for 100 blades on Amazon, and $24 for 100 blades on Bovem.. you do the math.. terrible company with terrible customer service as well
