Received the custom pieces just in time for Christmas, making it a special present for my family members. Beautiful craftsmanship and just as seen on website.

I ordered a Watchcase on 1.Dezember. Website showed that the case is in stock and ships between 24 and 48 hours. It’s been now 3 Weeks later and the item has not been shipped. I wrote them a couple of times but all you would hear from them is that it will be shipped in the next couple of days. Guess thats the usual answer to keep the customer patient. I know they have a lot to do, but than just say that it takes a couple of weeks and don’t tell week in week out that it takes just a couple of more days. To be honest this doesn’t feel right. Big disappointment.

Hands down the most luxurious watch boxes in the price range I’ve seen. Would definitely recommend. Ace customer service, they respond so quickly and they’re always helpful (Buse especially made my purchasing experience fantastic). Great product, exactly what I had expected

Placed an order 32 days ago and still nothing. No updates, no tracking. Just silence. I've reached out multiple times and they just keep saying "soon" and apologize. No idea if I'll ever get it at this rate or what's going on.

Edit - finally received tracking. Will update score once received. Owner was nice enough but hasn't been a pleasant buying experience.

Edit - shipping was quick once it was sent. Watch roll good quality. If they can improve their communication and check out process, then I would score much higher.

Have changed from 1 star to 3. Buse, the owner, seems like a nice guy.

I had an issue with my initial order. But the team reached out to me to support solving the issue. I must say Buse is a fantastic person thanks to her the issue was resolved in no time. I’m very happy with my Ephesus case. It’s functional, very easy to use on a daily basis has the luxurious look i was looking for, the inside is Suede so the watch doesn’t get scratched. Highly recommend if you’re a frequent traveler or even if you’re not tbh. Your watch is sitting in the case secured, the case is not bulky so you can carry in your carry on bag and it’s a 2-step to put the watch in and out of the case. Again! Thanks Buse, you’re a superstar

Very happy with overall experience. Product is very nice and we are happy with purchase. I was not aware that the item is made-to-order, which takes longer to receive, however that is a minor misunderstanding and I have no problem.

It took quite a while, so i asked about my order after around 7 weeks. But they replied then very quickly (and friendly) and after that i got my petra box in about 2 weeks. As for the product itself, it‘s really really beautiful and with a great quality. I‘m very happy and would definitely recommend the brand (probably wasn‘t my last order with bosphorus :-)) - Thumbs up from my side!
