The watch roll is beautiful. I ordered the Galata - Saffiano Olive Green Watch Roll for 3 watches. Two reasons prompted me to rate the product with 4 stars. First, I thought I was going to get the watch roll with the diamond interior stitching. However, when I checked my order, I saw that I failed to order the roll with the diamond stitching. In order to get the right item, I had to click on a different product. The option for the interior stitching was not present in the Galata item webpage. This was not necessarily intuitive when ordering, hence, the 4 stars. Additionally, the leather has an awful smell that I hope will go away soon. The smell transfers over to my watch band, which is not pleasant at all. I'm hoping that by keeping the roll open to air out that the stentch will fade.

I had high expectations for this product and company based on their reputation. All of them were met or exceeded. No surprises here, this is the top shelf.

I bought a watch roll as a wedding present for my husband and I am extremely impressed by the quality of the product, as well as the wonderful customer service I received. I was away when FedEx tried to deliver and once I filled in a redirection the tracking said “returning to sender”. I frantically emailed the team at Bosphorus Leather explaining the situation and they responded so quickly to say they’ll investigate and rest assured I will get the item. Great quality and timely delivery

Friendly and helpful communication. The watch case arrived well packaged, and most importantly, the quality is superb. Would highly recommend to friends.

Ich habe vor etwa einem Monat bestellt und zunächst eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Danach habe ich jedoch keinerlei weitere Informationen zu meiner Bestellung bekommen.

Eine Sendungsverfolgung wurde nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass ich den Status meiner Bestellung nicht nachvollziehen konnte. Bis heute ist die Ware nicht bei mir angekommen.

Als ich den aktuellen Status prüfen wollte, musste ich zudem feststellen, dass die Website offenbar nicht mehr erreichbar ist bzw. nicht mehr existiert.

Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich nur zur Vorsicht raten. Ich habe weder die bestellte Ware erhalten noch eine Möglichkeit gefunden, mit dem Anbieter in Kontakt zu treten. Daher würde ich aktuell davon abraten, dort zu bestellen. Bitte seid vorsichtig!!

I recently acquired this 4-watch trunk from Bosphorus Leather to serve as the permanent housing for my core rotation (Grand Seiko and Rolex GMTs). This case is built like an absolute tank.

​The structural integrity is exceptional. Unlike standard soft-shell travel rolls, the hard-shell chassis, riveted edges, and heavy-duty metal latch system provide true, high-security armor for high-value pieces.

​The internal suede lining is incredibly dense, providing perfect shock absorption and zero-drag micro-scratch protection—which is absolutely crucial for protecting Zaratsu-polished titanium and 904L steel. The custom gold monogram execution was flawless and perfectly centered. Furthermore, the individual pillows offer the exact right amount of compression to hold the bracelets rigidly in place without stressing or stretching the pins and links.

​If you are looking for a true "endgame" storage solution rather than a basic transit pouch, Bosphorus delivers on every level. Highly recommended.

Wow, what a company!
I came across this company in receipt of a gift of one of their products, a 15 slot watch case. When I received it I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the true handmade craftsmanship. It really has to be one of the best made watch cases available. The only issue I had was as it was a gift that it had standard suede cushions and I needed larger ones. Well didn’t think it was a big issue as I just padded out the back to make fit. Then on researching the company and reading about them and their fantastic customer service I reached out to them.
A few weeks later I now have the most perfect and beautiful watch cases available with perfectly fitting watches. What brilliant service I received.

I ordered my case with no handle because for me, I'm primarily using it for home storage / display. I ordered mine without a handle, so it was a custom request which took around 30 days to build. My box was packaged very well to avoid any chance of being damaged during its long journey to the United States and it arrived in pristine condition. This box is undeniably built to last for generations! The frame of the box is very solid, dense and well constructed. The leather work on my box is flawless. The leather is pulled tight without a single crease or wrinkle. The silver (in color) nails a perfectly aligned and driven in straight. The latches are aligned perfectly allowing for smooth locking and unlocking. The interior of the box is lined with soft real suede, and my watch pillows are made with a very soft leather that will not scratch my watches when taking them in or out. The stitching on the pillows is tight and straight and you can tell that they were stitched carefully. The pictures you see of their watch cases on the Bosphorus website, is a true representation of what you'll receive and paying for! These watch cases may seem expensive at first, but for the superior quality of the product they produce it's undeniably well worth the money. I'm located in the United States, over 5500 miles from Turkiye, and this company treated my order like I lived near by, and could walk in their store complaining if I wasn't satisfied. I cant say enough about the quality of their products. A++++++++++

I was really disappointed by my experience in buying a Petra watch case from Bosphorus. I messaged them prior to placing my order to ask whether a small customisation request could be made, which they agreed to. I subsequently received the product not only without this change, but also in a damaged state (leather damaged, metal hardware scuffed, lid of case not aligned properly with the body).

They subsequently remade the product twice (the second case still had unacceptable production issues). The product I am left with now is still very disappointing (my embossed initials are not even evenly spaced between each other).

I experienced terrible customer service with continued failures to communicate when trying to chase up these issues with Bosphorus. As it stands currently, I am cutting my losses and not pursuing this any further. It took over six months from when I first placed my order to when I received the Petra case I currently have. I will accept it as a lesson learned and look for a replacement elsewhere.

Bosphorus leather products are of exceptional quality and even more incredible is their customer service. They relentlessly want you to be happy with what you order and they will bend over backwards to make sure of it. I made a specific request of the watch pillows in my watch roll and they were happy to oblige. I highly recommend this brand and I will be sure to do business with them in the future.

The care of packing and quality was AMAZING. It came wrapped in protective bubble wrap, plus the trunk was inside a wooden crate, and then even more protective bubbling, when you open the trunk you can smell all the leather plus you can get a free amazing watch roll in dec, i honestly think it came in pristine condition and it was absolutely gorgeous and the quality is so amazing, i think its a no brainer getting the trunk from them!

I wanted to love it and was looking forward to receiving the watch roll. Not only did production take 5 weeks, so longer than advertised, but it arrived w uneven, crooked stitching, and scuff marks. It’s disappointing for the price.

The product is very good. Attempting to communicate with the company was extremely difficult. I received one item from them and waiting for the second one, even though I asked that they be shipped together.
