Arrived a couple of minutes before my appointment, Joe saw us enter and came to greet us. Took us straight into his office, fitted hearing aids, tuned them in explained how to look after them, made sure every was working fine. Good job done. I even managed to pay for them.

Hearing assessment at Boots
The hearing assessment was efficiently carried out by Joe, the audiologist at Boots in Clifton Moor Centre, York. He clearly explained the assessment process and the various options available to improve my hearing. I had been nervous about the appointment, and was reassured by Joe's professional manner. Joe is delightful.
Joe is delightful. He listens and reassures. He has empathy and tries to relate to the issues of the patient. He is tidy efficient and considerate.
His choice of hearing aid is clearly justified and I was reassured that he would follow up on any difficulties and questions.
