My hearingcare appointment was informative and professionally carried out. It wasn't rushed and I felt no pressure. It was nice to see Boots training NHS students as well, one of which was present during my appointment.

I was well-informed, all questions answered and was treated with kindness and respect and a little bit of humour which is very important.

Very thorough hearing test.
The gentleman who did it was very helpful in explaining everything to me and advising me which hearing aid would best benefit me

I was given 2 separate appointments to have hearing aids set up. At the first there were no aids available, the second one was cancelled so I cancelled the order and have gone elsewhere

A very interesting and thorough hearing test, with clear explanations of the results. A good choice of aids with helpful advice but without pressure in the selection. I am very pleased with my purchase and with the resulting improvement in my hearing.

I called in Boots at Clifton Moor York to make enquiries re a hearing test appt. I was seen immediately by a lovely lady Alexandra who had just had an appointment canceled so she was able to see me straightaway. After various tests she informed me I had hearing loss in both ears. I was fitted with some aids & was advised to go out outside and walk round for a while , I noticed the difference immediately. I was then fitted with some aids & given an exclamation of how everything worked & which was the best aids for me ,all this done in one afternoon.
I did have a problem so I rang H Q & was dealt with by a very lovely lady sorry I forgot her name who arranged for me to see Alexandra at Monks Cross on the Saturday . Alexandra managed to get everything sorted so a big thank you to you for your excellent service.

Seen by the audiologist on time and good advice given. He was pleasant and professional in manner. I am very happy with my hearing aids

I had purchased hearing aids from a different provider, These aids were in truth useless, constantly having problems, After three years using these I decided to use Boots hearing car, This experience was totally different to my previous supplier. The hearing assessment was very thorough and fully explained. The advise I received was not based on the cost but on what the assistant advised after explaining the advantages of the different types available and what was thought best for me. I was given a set of hearing aids that were 'tuned' to my requirements and asked to walk around town for 15 or so minutes to see how they felt, my wife was with me she immediately noticed the difference in my hearing as did I.
The whole experience was excellent and very
thorough and informative. I would have no qualms about recommending your company.

Patient explanations and technical descriptions without pressure to buy

I was seen exactly at the time of my booked appointment and given a series of hearing tests, which were analysed at the time and the options explained. I was offered a range of products and given a second appointment a week later for fitting and collection. The hearing staff were friendly and patient and answered all my questions. I am completely happy with the product (the hearing aid) and the service.

Amazing advice and service trying to get me an appointment from the start of the process. Then able to squeeze me in between appointments to look in my ears. Finding wax build up advised me to use olive oil and boiled me for a follow up. York Coney Street staff and service was phenomenal especially Matt, the Audiologist and the Assistant
manager whose name I have forgotten!
Lovely staff in store and on the phone. Amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic treatment and now I can hear everything at last. Thank you Boots :)
