Boots Hearing Worksop with Richard Bailey.
Richard was brilliant sorting out the hearing aids for an elderly gentleman of 93 who I took there for help. He had been having problems with them. Richard recommended sending them away for repair and today we went to collect them. Richard spent quite some time setting them up. Getting the right fittings to stop whistling and get the sounds levels right. I would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble. Arnold has issues with both hearing and sight and Richard was really patient with him making sure everything was right. Excellent service. Very Happy to recommend. Thank you. Mark.
