Excellent hearing test and detailed follow on
Excellent hearing test. No hard sell. Detailed explanation of all the options. Took time to explain. Would commend Sam to anyone.

Top knotch treatment all round!
Everything about my reception and treatment was hyper efficient and friendly, leaving me 100% cared for and respected. I am extremely pleased with the results of the tests and prescribed hearing aids. Top knotch all round. Special thanks to Owen!

Sam from Boots Hearing Aid department Weymouth / Dorchester, tested me, sold and fitted new digital hearing aids for me. In every regard he was outstanding and highly recommended. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and an outstanding communicator. He put me at my ease, explained things very carefully and was ready to answer any questions. Getting old is bad enough; getting old with hearing loss is worse! Yes they are expensive and take getting used to, but if you are around this area of Dorset - Sam is the man! Thank you.

Had second appointment with Sam on…
Had second appointment with Sam on Saturday - the first having been cut short due to too much wax! Once that was sorted, I went back to see him again and I have to say he was very considerate and certainly made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
