Bad communication

One of my aids wasn't working properly and so I took them back to Uxbridge where I was met by a man who was totally disinterested. He told me to place my aids in a plastic bag and that the audiologist would contact me that day or the next morning. When I hadn't heard anything the following day I called the contact centre , as I couldn't call the Uxbridge branch , who told me they would find out what is happening and call me straight back . That never happened. I called the contact centre today and they say that the audiologist hasn't got back to them . £3000 and the after service is appalling . All I want is an answer.

Bad after sales experience

I had a problem with one of my aids I felt I had to sort out getting loan aids which I am still using.
Today is the 5th time my appointment has been cancelled to collect my own.This has been going on since the 8th November.

Helpful & Informative

The person who did the long test was excellent, very thorough and put me at ease. The only reason for the 4stars was because the previous 2 appointments had been cancelled with little warning!

I was seen by Laura (Locum audiologist) who was so friendly and approachable and very thorough in helping me resolve my hearing difficulties. She referred back to my GP and also offered alternative routes of support. Laura is very professional and kind and I would highly recommend appointments with her.

disappointed when attending the…

Very disappointed when attending the appointment to collect my hearing aids at Boots Uxbridge. After paying £3.5 K only to find incorrect aids in store and a further week to wait for correct ones to come in.
