On Tuesday this week my hearing aid and receiver wire parted company leaving me almost totally deaf in my left ear. Using just one aid felt really strange.
Quick phone call to Boots Hearing Care and spoke to a lovely lady named Claire, who assured me the situation could be quickly rectified. I was expecting a bit of a delay for an appointment, wrong!!!
Clare arranged an appointment for today (Thursday) 0915 at the Telford branch. Thank you Claire for being so efficient and reassuring that Boots Hearing Care would put it right.
Move on to Thursday, got to store at 0900 and Martin, Audiologist greeted me and quickly set to work. Both hearing aids fitted with new receiver wires and an upgrade to the wax filters, no more struggling with the little round black container!
All this done and out by 0917. Thank you Martin for your first class service, as usual.
From a crisis on Tuesday to a more than happy customer by first thing Thursday. Boots Hearing Care definitely understand and practice quality customer care.
