Boots Hearingcare - Tamworth Recensioni 

Saffyah at the Tamworth branch was understanding, kind and listened to my issues and concerns. She didnt do the "hard sell" leaving the product to do the "selling". As a life-long hearing aid user with the NHS now almost 60 I was blown away by the clarity, comfort and technology available, becoming quire emotional when I realised I could have better hearing.

Professionally conducted appointment. Product purchased seems good so far, still in early days of use

The hearing specialist explained everything and was helpful and friendly.

It was a very positive experience with every part of the process explained.I was encouraged to ask questions. Saffiyah was very customer focused, very professional and obviously very experienced which gave me confidence. I an part way through the process but feel I will be supported throughout.

A visit to Boots hearing care in Tamworth was an excellent experience made easy by the friendly efficient care and attention shown by Saffiyali. The appointment was for a repair and her knowledge and patience made for an enjoyable visit.

We were very well looked after by the audiologist, Saffiyah. She is super-knowledgable and client focussed; really professional. I do question the value of the earlier appointment (a week before) with a ‘hearing care assistant’, which to my mind added no value.

Friendly nit pushy

My experience was very good. I was looked after extremely professional. I had got an idea how my Hearing was responding to the listening test as I have very high-quality hi-fi equipment
( studio quality ) I didn’t realise my hearing had dropped off quite so much. Very pleased with the results.

I was initially very apprehensive about booking a hearing test but am glad I did. It was as I expected as I knew my hearing had deteriorated quite significantly.
Everything was explained to me and my husband very well.
I have now received my hearing aids and am very pleased that I am getting on with them very well .

Pretty good only problem no toilet facilities had to use alternative away from store.

I went for my first hearing check today at Ventura Park Tamworth and the lady who saw me was excellent. She checked my ears thoroughly as I have been having vertigo. She gave me advice and a referral for the doctors. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you

Saffiya is a credit to boots hearing care, she is kind, understanding and patient. She made me feel so comfortable.

I went to the perfume counter and was greeted and served by Lydia .
If only all customer service was as good as this experience.
Lydia was friendly,helpful and very knowledgeable.
I came away with the product I needed but Lydia had also enclose some perfume samples too.

Very helpful and reassuring audiologist. Explained the process thoroughly and guided but did not pressurise me with regards to the hearing aid I purchased.
