Very attentive, explained everything in detail. Made a second appointment which was confirmed by text and email. The hearing aids have made such a difference and I have a follow up appointment for continued care.

It’s a fabulous place! I just wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had at Boots in Stamford. The staff are always helpful and professional, and today was no exception. I brought my glasses in to be fixed, and Andrew went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he carry out the repair quickly and thoroughly, he even brought the glasses back to me personally, as I work just opposite the store. He did more than I asked, and all completely free of charge.

Such kindness and customer care are rare to find these days. Thank you, Andrew, and the whole Boots team — you’re amazing!

The audiologist is lovely,friendly & explained everything I needed to know so I know I made the right choice of hearing aids. I have got used to them really quickly so am pleased with my choice.

I had been experiencing mild hearing difficulties so decided to get a test done. My initial test was with Cheryl on the 31st October, a lovely chatty lady who quickly put me at my ease. She agreed that I did have mild hearing loss & suggested I had an appointment with Priya, an audiologist, she got me in that afternoon. Priya was so professional, kind & knowledgeable. We tried a pair that she set up for me. There was certainly a difference in my hearing. She explained the different types of hearing aid & prices. We agreed which would suit me. I had my blue tooth hearing aids fitted on the 10 November. I have had one more appointment just to iron out a little problem & now I am completely happy & comfortable with my aids. Priya & the team were professional, knowledgeable & made the whole experience stress free.
